    The Purpose of Your Role This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction project management and is ready to put in the work to get there. As part of our rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business that directly impact project success. You won't just learn how projects are managed, you'll learn how they are built from the ground up through exposure to engineering, estimating, VDC, field operations, service, and building automation. You will rotate across teams and locations, learning how each function contributes to the full project lifecycle.
