    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Electrical Controls Engineer III PURPOSE:
    This position will be responsible for being part of an Electrical Engineering team, working on some of the highest profile, most strategic projects across the entire Andersen Enterprise.     Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar field.Preference of 7+ years' experienceFamiliar with NEC, NFPA79, and NFPA70E and other local and national codes that need to be met for electrical equipment.Demonstrated experience collecting data, performing statistical analyses, and making sound data-driven decisions.Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing performance measures.Familiarity with and prior application of formal problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventative measures.Embraces and drives change to improve.

    PAY RANGE:

    $101,176.00 - $156,824.00

    Purpose:Andersen Corporation is seeking an Industrial Engineer at our Bayport, MN location. This position is responsible for providing Industrial Engineering support within our MIT team, by driving the process of continuous improvement and the design of integrated systems of people, equipment, & materials.The ideal candidate for this position is an innovative thinker and has a passion for operational excellence.

    This role is responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Andersen's Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) program. The position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and enabling datadriven improvements across the organization. The ELS program is currently supported through the JDA/Blue Yonder platform.
