POSITION SUMMARY:We are hiring for a Super Luxury Sales Representative and the primary responsibility of the Super Luxury Rep will be to create demand and facilitate sales of Andersen's super premium products, including the MQ, brands. This will be done through interactions with Architects, Builders and Homeowners as part of a direct-sell model.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Create demand for the Sup Lux products within the architectural community. This will be done through office visits, CE presentations and participation in regional architectural events. These activities will be designed to make AW the preferred product in the Super Luxury segment. The goal is to create specifications for the AW brands assigned for this role.In person sales calls. This will typically be face to face meetings with the end user/purchaser, which will usually be the builder or homeowner. This will include providing product information, demonstrations, pricing, details, performance data, installation guidance and any other necessary information.Pipeline management using Andersen's CRM tool. This includes account and pipeline management within the Salesforce platform. All accounts and projects are to be entered once identified and updated on a regular basis. This is the main resource for finding, developing, and managing the Super Luxury pipeline. This will also be used to provide updates on progress against the KPI's and sales goals for the individual sales reps. Administrative work. This will include timely expense management, territory planning, follow up communications with customers, collaboration with the Sup Lux support teams and other necessary work as needed.Prospecting. This is done through cold calls to architects and builders, within the assigned geography, that use the most premium products in high-end residential construction. These targets will be identified through a combination of provided target lists as well as self-identified trade targets identified while working the territory.Product presentations and training. This includes training builders and installers about the AW portfolio through presentations both in-office and on job-site visits. This includes hand samples, literature, digital presentations and other media to share best practices for the installation and maintenance of our windows and doors.Quoting, orders and fulfillment. The Super Luxury role will include work from the design stage through order and fulfillment. This will include, but is not limited to, assistance with quotes, details, writing specifications, providing performance data, placing orders, collecting payment and facilitating service. The Super Luxury Sales Representative will be the single point of contact for the customers in this segment.This role will work directly with architects, builders and homeowners to execute the order and fulfillment of the AW super premium products. This will be done through both individual work as well as collaboration with support personnel throughout the AW sales organization. There will be no direct reports for this role.Territory will cover Southern California QUALIFICATIONS:Four-year degree in Architectural Design, Construction Management, Business or a related field of study or equivalent experience.Knowledge of Architectural design, high-end residential construction processes and an ability to interpret specifications and architectural drawings.Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with trade customers and peers.Experience with Salesforce or another CRM tool preferred.Minimum of five years’ experience selling building materials in the premium and/or super premium space.Ability to professionally and credibly present to any size group, on a range of topics, all related to the Andersen portfolio of products and the Super Luxury segment.COMPENSATION:Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role will have first year compensation from $121,000 - 150,000 (including guaranteed incentive compensation).

SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Analyst uses tools from DMAIC, PDCA, lean, and six sigma methodologies to identify problems and analyze possible solutions. Requires knowledge and experience in own discipline. Candidate must be local to the IA area as there is no relocation for this position.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver)Provides a high degree of planning analysis to support decision makingOptimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.Identifies supply chain problem areas and drives improvement in service, reduce cost, and increase inventory turns, Utilizing Supply Chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check Act, value stream mapping and A3 thinking.Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, supervisors and team leads, logistics/warehouse groups and material planners.Facilitate functional teams and meetings. SUMMARY Provide maintenance services to efficiently maintain and repair factory and facility equipment to control production costs and downtime. Carry out machinery maintenance programs personally and by coordinating with outside maintenance service providers to ensure manufacturing processes operate properly and with a minimum of unplanned equipment-related interruptions. Perform saw-end line changeovers. Both 2nd or 3rd shift hours available. 2nd shift is 4pm-12:20am and 3rd shift is 12:00 am-8:20am.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITESParticipate directly in the installation of new machinery and other mechanical equipment used in company operations. Participate in and guide others during the planning and installation process. Install and maintain machines, control panels, switchboards, junction boxes, switches and motors. Test circuits, diagnose readings and take corrective action to resolve problems. Discuss report readings with outside machine tool manufacturers to obtain their counsel and advise as needed.Work closely with Engineering Staff to coordinate procedures on changes to plant layout requiring the movement of machines and equipment controls. Provide input to achieve optimum results for equipment placement, cost and time requirements to carry out changes.Diagnose electrical/mechanical-related trouble associated with automated machine tools.Observe machine operation, and use diagnostic equipment to locate cause of malfunction.Consult with equipment vendors to verify problem.Use necessary hand and power tools to take appropriate action to replace components, make adjustments and recalibrate machinery to resolve issues and restore equipment to operating condition quickly and efficiently.Manage equipment maintenance manuals and service records.Observe and monitor the completion of outstanding work orders assigned to third party maintenance contractors.Maintain positive working relationships with service providers and provide coaching and feedback as needed to ensure their high performance. Work with Engineering Manager on contract renewals.Establish and maintain maintenance shop and spare parts inventory for machinery.Set up shop to include hand and bench tools and supplies needed to carry out machine maintenance programs.Assume accountability, for issuing purchase orders to maintain parts inventory at proper levels, and implement systems and procedures for receiving and parts issuance.Participate in and sustain 6S activities.Work in a safe manner and follow safety policies. Make sure co-workers are working safely and following safety policies.Participate in kaizen events and sustain improvements made from those events.Perform related duties as assigned or directed.
