    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Our greater Boston team is looking for a Concierge to join their team! The Concierge role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. They will partner with the sales and install to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customers' experience in upgrading their homes.

    Please note: this individual will work a flexible schedule, but mainly 9:30am-6pm, Monday through Friday.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners

    Create and maintain homeowners' job files

    Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner

    Work with RSR's to move the homeowner's job through the process

    Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or Job's in Progress

    Resolve any post install situations.

    Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls

    Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress

    Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    2+ years customer service experience

    Solid and accurate data entry skills

    Strong communication and time management skills

    Competency in Microsoft Office software

    High attention to detail and organization abilities

    Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous task

    PAY RANGE:

    $27.45 - $39.75

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    The Supervisor Installation will support Installation Manager(s) in leading the installation team, the project management team, the service team, and ultimately increasing the branch operating profit by increasing the effectiveness, as measured by first time through (FTT) and retail location remakes of individual sub- contractors and employees by providing coaching and training focused on improving installation process skills, product knowledge, service knowledge as well as installation and industry knowledge.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Directly train, manage, and coach all employees (sub-contractor and internal) involved in the installation process.Analyze individual and team metrics to determine focus areas of training. Develop and deliver specific training to increase effectiveness within identified areas or improvement including-FTT rate, remakes, construction knowledge, service knowledge, installation knowledge and homeowner satisfaction.Partner with branch leadership team on resolving open issues and identifying areas of improvement. Provide necessary training and support to continuously improve back-office installation, project management and service processes and paperwork.Partner with product knowledge experts in the development and delivery of monthly team meetings, product knowledge, installation knowledge and service knowledge training to increase departmental effectiveness and efficiencies.Meet or exceed planned margins and revenue dollar goals by having a capable workforce and using outsourcing as appropriate. Work closely with the Sales and Customer Process functions to ensure resources are aligned, in a proactive manner, with demand fluctuations.Lead the safety initiatives of the installation process associates to ensure safe practices are in place and are followed. Ensure that all regulatory required training is completed as appropriate. Participate as a team member on the CORO Safety Committee.Ensure that all regulatory procedures and/or requirements impacting the installation process are met & other duties assigned by Supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Four-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Valid driver's license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.A minimum of 5 years of work experience in the home improvement or other closely related field.Computer skills and management of computer-based information.Customer orientation.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of applicable building codes, preferred.Previous work experience recruiting and managing independent contractors, preferred.Ability to work and lead in a team environment.Basic financial knowledge.Providing performance feedback.

    $78,824.00 - $122,176.00

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Renewal by Andersen is looking for a General Manager to join our Boston market team. This position will have primary profit and loss accountability for all Company-Owned Retail Operations (CORO). They will guide the sales and business operations of a large-sized market retail operation through the design and implementation of strategies to achieve aggressive business goals. Success will be dependent on your ability to manage managers, provide leadership, ability to coach for success, and skill at fostering teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Establish a local market for Renewal product/service offerings using Renewal programs and guidance in location start-up and on-going business operations

    Implement established strategies to meet agreed upon business goals; manage operations to achieve profit and gross margin objectives

    Build professional administrative sales and operations teams who follow Renewal processes in delivering to customer requirements

    Understand and implement Renewal policies, processes, best practices, and guidelines as prescribed in the Renewal policies, processes, best practices, and guidelines as prescribed in the Renewal Business Operations Package

    Maintain a dedicated budget for lead generation and new sales to build a customer base that supports future growth and brand recognition

    Work closely with Renewal support personnel in obtaining guidance and feedback for overall improvements

    Track and measure performance in order to provide the reposts designated by Renewal

    Assure that commitments to customers are met and achieve a high customer satisfaction rating

    Provide support, coaching, strategic direction to installation, operations, sales and marketing managers

    Actively participate and provide informal leadership within CORO leadership team on development of strategies and programs

    DIRECTION OF OTHERS:

    Manage the sales and operations of the branch through leadership of functional managers.

    QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

    College degree preferred or equivalent in a business discipline

    10 years or more of business management experience

    Prior sales and /or sales management experience preferred

    Construction industry experience preferred

    Demonstrated skills in managing profit & loss

    Understanding of in-home sales environment and homeowner requirements

    Analytical and decision-making skills

    Leadership skills in developing others

    Strategic thinking in setting challenging plans/goals/objectives

    Excellent communication skills

    Problem solving to obtain a win/win solution

    $147,570.00 - $236,110.00

    VALUE STREAM MANAGER II

    SUMMARY:

    Andersen is seeking a Manufacturing Manager II (Internally known as Value Stream Manager II).This position is responsible to manage and drive the process of continuous improvement for the value stream supply chain (procurement to delivery) and to deliver overall business results for assigned value stream. Assigned value stream is large and complex. Responsible to break down large/complex value stream to smaller/simpler value streams. This position also ensures that assigned value stream is operated in accordance with Andersen Corporation's values, employee covenant, and strategic direction.
