    Join our team as a production associate where you will be responsible for washing and dipping parts into an acid wash, drying them, and loading and unloading them into machines. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

    The role is responsible for scheduling and performing routine preventative maintenance and service for each piece of equipment. You will perform emergency repairs on various types of machinery, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and identify and replace worn or damaged parts promptly. We are seeking a talented Maintenance and Electrical Technician experienced in electrical maintenance, instrumentation, and machine repair. Proficiency in software use and documentation is essential.

    Responsibilities

    Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair, and install various electrical equipment such as motors, breakers, transformers, switches, relays, wiring, PLCs, lighting, and UPS.Maintain and calibrate instrumentation devices like transmitters, valves, flow meters, and sensors.Complete and prioritize work orders related to control systems, motors, and mechanical equipment.Identify and resolve electrical, motor, and control system issues, including testing and evaluating system health and safety.Discuss technical issues professionally, especially during equipment breakdowns or meetings.Utilize MS Windows, Excel, AutoCAD, and industrial software daily.Assist maintenance mechanics and collaborate with engineering, project management, and operators.Follow technical manuals, document changes, and maintain records for troubleshooting and setup.     Job Description

    This permanent, full-time Mechatronics & Robotics Apprentice role is based in CITY, STATE and sits at the core of a high-volume operations and logistics environment. You will learn to integrate electronic, mechanical, computer, and automation engineering skills while working with complex, high-performance manufacturing and material handling systems. Under the guidance of experienced technicians, you will help maintain and improve robotics and automated packaging and distribution equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
