    Job Description

    The Chemical Operator follows established formulas and standard operating procedures to manufacture a variety of chemical products. This role operates and monitors process equipment, tending and controlling units and systems that convert raw chemicals into finished products across liquid, reactor, and gas departments. The operator performs in-process testing and adjusts processes as needed to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency.

    ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor process equipment to manufacture chemical products according to prescribed formulas and batch sheets.Tend and control units and systems that process chemicals into finished liquid, slurry, or dry blend products.Work in the liquid department to perform distillation processes to achieve a final liquid product state.Collect product samples and perform basic quality control tests, including pH measurements, titrations, and viscosity checks.Work in the reactor department handling hazardous materials and strictly follow safety protocols and procedures.Perform compounding by adding one chemical to another in the correct sequence and quantities, following batch instructions.Work in the gas department with fluoride-based materials to produce slurry and dry blend products.Mix products accurately and package finished materials into drums and other designated containers.Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) for mixing, blending, cooking, and testing chemical products.Read, interpret, and operate processes based on batch sheets and written instructions.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company and regulatory standards.Use required personal protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines when working with chemicals and process equipment.Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, and quality concerns.Essential SkillsHigh school diploma or GED.At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.Ability to reliably report to work and maintain consistent attendance.Ability to read and operate processes from batch sheets and written instructions.Experience working with mixing, blending, and cooking processes in a production environment.Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) accurately.Basic ability to perform and understand simple testing such as pH, titrations, and viscosity checks.Strong safety awareness when working with chemicals and process equipment.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 or more years of chemical manufacturing experience (preferred).Experience operating chemical process equipment in liquid, reactor, or gas departments.Familiarity with compounding processes, including adding chemicals in proper sequence and quantities.Comfort working with hazardous materials while following strict safety protocols.Ability to perform basic quality control testing and document results.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed batch formulas.Why Work Here?

    Work Environment

The environment involves working around chemical processing equipment, mixing and blending systems, and packaging lines for drums and other containers. Safety is a core priority, and all employees must wear safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and long sleeves and pants while on the production floor. Work is performed in an industrial setting where adherence to safety protocols, SOPs, and proper use of personal protective equipment is essential.

    Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The Service & Installation Plumber diagnoses, repairs, and installs residential plumbing systems while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and clear communication with homeowners. Workdays begin at 7:30 AM, with schedules that may extend depending on job scope and customer needs.

    Responsibilities

    Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations using standard troubleshooting methods and tools.Handle a wide range of service calls, including drain cleaning and stoppages, leak detection and repair, fixture installations (toilets, faucets, disposals, and similar fixtures), water heater repair and replacement for both tank and tankless systems, and sewer line inspections and repairs.Diagnose plumbing issues accurately and identify root causes rather than only treating symptoms.Use appropriate tools and equipment such as drain machines, hydro jetting systems, inspection cameras, and other diagnostic devices to perform work safely and effectively.Communicate findings clearly to customers and recommend appropriate solutions based on their needs and the condition of their plumbing systems.Provide accurate estimates, explain the scope of work, and answer customer questions in a professional and customer-focused manner.Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and adherence to local plumbing codes and safety standards.Utilize CRM and service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, or similar platforms for job tracking, documentation, and route management.Maintain organized work habits, including proper management of materials, tools, and job details for each service call.Ensure the company vehicle, tools, and equipment are properly maintained, clean, and ready for daily use.Manage multiple service calls per day in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong time management and route efficiency.Build trust with homeowners through professional communication, ethical upselling of solutions, and customer service-oriented behavior.Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and contribute positively to a team-oriented work culture.

    Essential Skills

    At least 4 years of plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial environments.Strong troubleshooting, repair, and installation experience across a variety of plumbing systems.Proficiency with drain cleaning and sewer line diagnostics, including snaking, hydro jetting, and camera inspections.Hands-on experience with water heater repair and installation for both tank and tankless systems.Solid understanding of residential service plumbing, including diagnostics, repairs, and fixture installations.Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards and the ability to apply them in daily work.Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of plumbing issues.Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain solutions clearly and build rapport with homeowners.Ability to work independently, manage workload effectively, and handle multiple service calls per day.Clean driving record and the ability to operate a company vehicle safely.Reliable, punctual, and professional work habits, with attention to detail and organized work practices.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications
