What do our Innovation/Utility specialists do?
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Pest Control: Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and install and maintain termite control systems
TAP Insulation Installation: Efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while managing job-site preparations and clean-up
Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction projects, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance on pest control measures
Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, setting up and building exclusion traps, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Participate in training to enhance your skills in pest control and related services
Essential Job Functions:
Working around animals, insects and termites
Working in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Setting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
Removing animals trapped in exclusion devices
Working in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
Completing production forms documenting services provided
You’ll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we’ll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely
Move up to 50 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
Maintain balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
Push objects forward, downward, or outward with sustained force using the upper extremities to press with steady force and drag, draw, haul, or tug objects
Able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather
Lots of moving around — regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
Safely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean
What do you need?
Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face)
High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess a valid driver’s license from state of residence
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills and the ability to present information in both internal and external settings.
Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)

What do our Pest Control Consultants Sales Trainee do?
The primary purpose of this role is completing the formal training, including all licensing and certification requirements to effectively sell the company’s Residential Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. This includes the ability to assess customers’ needs by performing an inspection based on customer concerns using expert knowledge of the company's products and services that result in the sales of the organization's pest control solutions.

Attend Virtual lead sessions during training
Attend Live classroom training

What do you need?

What do our Pest Control Consultants do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. You’ll be the face of our national brand to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect their homes and their families. This includes assessing customers' needs by consulting with the customer and performing an analysis using expert knowledge of the company's products and services that result in the sales of the organization's pest control solutions.

What do our Account Executives do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing commercial customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. Account Executives call on a full spectrum of market segments including hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented environment where you will proceed through a comprehensive training program to learn and understand our pest management services and products. You will learn how to inspect and identify infestations (or potential infestations) of all kinds of organisms, insects, birds, and other pests. Once you are knowledgeable in that, you will turn your talents to proposals and presentations that result in sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for Commercial customers
Craft territory development strategies that will result in exceeding sales targets
Learn and maintain complete knowledge of Rentokil’s programs, protocols, pricing policies, and service offerings
Build partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure the delivery of outstanding service solutions

What do our Pest Control Consultants do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. You’ll be the face of our national brand to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect their homes and their families. This includes assessing customers' needs by consulting with the customer and performing an analysis using expert knowledge of the company's products and services that result in the sales of the organization's pest control solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for residential customers
Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians for increased opportunities
Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services
Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges
Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily
Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM

The Branch Sales Manager supports a branch in attaining sales goals and branch revenue objectives. They are responsible for improving the productivity of the assigned group of sales colleagues for residential products and services and provide mentoring and coaching to field sales professionals to maximize performance within their defined market.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, train, manage & engage team of frontline sales colleagues in designated area
Support collaboration between Sales and Operations within territory, with the support of Operations to align goals and drive performance.
Lead weekly meetings with Team to monitor performance, and lead meetings focused on skill development, improving performance, and prioritized topics as needed.
If needed, provide ongoing technical training on services offered in the assigned territory.
Facilitate weekly, monthly and quarterly one-on-one debriefs with the team to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales activity performance.
Ensure that their team meet or exceed all activity standards for Field Sales Colleague performance (e.g., number of inspections per week), as well as other selected KPIs to meet and exceed sales targets.)

Monitor progress against revenue objectives; jointly accountable with Operations for APITDA realization.
Monitor sales start rates through the key relationship with Operational Leadership

Plan, organize and order any job-related items for new hires

What do our Account Executives do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's Commercial Pest Management Services and Products to new and existing Commercial customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. Account Executives call on a full spectrum of market segments including hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare, and retail. You will join a results-oriented environment where you will proceed through a comprehensive training program to learn and understand our pest management services and products. You will learn how to inspect and identify infestations (or potential infestations) of all kinds of organisms, insects, birds, and other pests. Once you are knowledgeable in that, you will turn your talents to proposals and presentations that result in sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling
Visually inspect buildings for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for Commercial customers

Total Rewards: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $60,000+
Top Earner Potential: $100,000+ per year
What do our Pest Control Consultants do?
The primary purpose of this role is to sell the company's industry leading pest management services and products to new and existing residential customers, while maintaining a customer-focused service to grow the business. You’ll be the face of our national brand to your local community, and your clients will count on you to protect their homes and their families. This includes assessing customers' needs by consulting with the customer and performing an analysis using expert knowledge of the company's products and services that result in the sales of the organization's pest control solutions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Visually inspect homes for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc. Based on assessment findings, sell pest control solutions as well as preventative maintenance for residential customers
Collaborate with our Customer Service Center, Inside Sales department, and Technicians for increased opportunities
Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams with our current base and service specialist engagement Develop proposals for customers to resolve existing pest issues while also proposing additional enhancements to pest household services
Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and provided to ensure clear understanding of customer home and possible challenges
Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities
Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure the job is completed satisfactorily
Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company sales CRM
Essential Job Functions:
We’re not going to sugarcoat it. The essential functions of this job have some physical demands (of course, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.) Here’s what we mean:
You’ve got to be able to move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 11–20 lbs. frequently, whether that’s lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
You’ll move around a lot — regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. You’ll go up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles. And you’ll need to keep your balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or moving surfaces. (You’ll definitely get your steps in.)
You must be comfortable dealing with different pests (spiders, flies, mosquitos, rodents, etc.), as well as being required to go into small spaces such as basements, crawl spaces, attics, etc.
You must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle and make sure it and all other equipment is kept clean
Sometimes you’ll need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator, and you’ll need to be okay with regularly working in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways (you know, where critters live)
What do you need?
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong social, customer service, and communication skills — in fact, we’d be really impressed if you came to this role with related experience and/or training in sales.
Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience
Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s)

Base Pay RangeHourly: $19.00 - $20.19While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
