Job Summary
The Technician, Level 2, HVAC Mechanic is responsible for delivering and installing HVAC telecommunication equipment. The Technician, Level 2, HVAC Mechanical will load, deliver, and install equipment to a variety of commercial customer sites for emergencies or scheduled events. They will provide professional, respectful service while performing work and/or solving on-site challenges. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager, Critical Power Operations, and has no direct reports.
The travel expectation: out in the field for 2 weeks straight, then returning to the home base for a period of possibly 1 week before travelling again throughout the assigned area – Will receive a company vehicle and partner with another technician, as well as, receive other related tools/services.Key Job Responsibilities

Job Summary
The Field Technician, Motive Power, is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motive power equipment. This position conducts basic troubleshooting, field and shop repairs, and responds to customer needs. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and does not have any direct reports.

The National Sales Executive, Critical Power Telecom, is responsible for developing new business to ensure the continued high growth rate. The position requires the ability to develop effective customer relationships across all levels of an organization. Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing information, systems, and process flows surrounding customer and Technician experiences. This position provides specialized assistance to customers by acting on a variety of requests including, but not limited to demo requests, pricing related projects, service requests, and other related activities that will support sales associates, service management, and Technicians in achieving excellent customer service. They will also act as a liaison between Engineering, Customer Care managers, Accounting, and customers to ensure all orders, sales, and work meet Concentric’s standards. Job Summary
The Battery & Charger Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing motive power equipment. This position conducts basic troubleshooting, field and shop repairs, and responds to customer needs. Excellent employee benefits that are effective the day you start.
