We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Radiation Oncology Physicist to join our team in Lapeer as soon as possible. This is a single-provider locum position with a mix of on-site and remote work.
Schedule: Day shift (8a-5p). You will be required to be on-site every Tuesday and potentially one other day per week for QA. All other days are remote. There are no weekend or on-call requirements.
Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day.
Treatment Planning: Dosimetry handles all treatment planning. Your role will be to perform typical physics reviews for plans and to analyze patient-specific QA plans.

We have re-opened the CV Surgery 1st Assist locum need with Carle Health for Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL. This locum will also become privileged at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, IL. Please read all the details below and in the attached practice detail and then call or email us if you still have questions.
REQUIRMENTS: Certified PA. Experience in surgical first assisting, Endoscopic Vein Harvest (EVH), perioperative patient care and inpatient rounding. Preferred experience in ECMO. If confirmed, locum provider must agree to the following requirements: provide locum firm with vaccination records, negative drug screening, and complete physical within 90 days of start date (per Health Attestation Form).
LICENSE RESTRICTION: Active Illinois license is highly preferred, but the group will consider candidates who will obtain the IL license.
SCHEDULE: Scheduled consists of M-F 7a-4p. May have weeknight call and weekend 24-hour call (not guaranteed; call schedule TBD). Need 3-4 weeks per month of consistent coverage.
TRAVEL: If candidates are within driving distance, round trip mileage and lodging will be the travel parameters approved, regardless of the means the locum chooses to travel. If candidate is out of driving distance range and needs flights, then please indicate that on the Stratum form.
