Staffing Ratios:
1:1 RN during labor
2:1 RN postpartum
4:1 RN for women s health
Support Team:1 NP in the outpatient office
16 office staff (including MAs, RNs, and PSRs)
Coverage Details:Shift: Nights only (7 PM 7 AM typical)
Dates of High Need: August 4th & August 7th
Weekdays only daytime is already covered by existing providers
Additional night coverage during this period is greatly appreciated
EMR System: Epic
Requirements:Active Missouri medical license Required at time of name clear
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
Inpatient experience with L&D, postpartum, and GYN care
Comfortable working independently overnight with support available as needed
