What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.Collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.Support health education, wellness initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
What We're Looking For
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for or active South Carolina Medical LicensePassion for high-quality, patient-centered care
