The Med/Surg 2 team is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to support daily operations, staff engagement, and ongoing innovation initiatives on our 42 bed unit. This role is ideal for a current team member-or internal nurse leader-who is ready to take the next step in leadership and influence care delivery beyond the bedside.
The ANM partners closely with the Nurse Manager to provide front line operational leadership, serve as a visible clinical presence on the unit, and support staff through coaching, problem solving, and delegation. This position also plays an important role in advancing our Innovation Unit initiatives, including new technology rollouts, process improvement, and feedback to leadership.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates initiative, emotional intelligence, strong prioritization skills, and a genuine interest in leadership development.
What We're Looking For: Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. BSN, preferred. Graduate Degree, preferred. Experience: Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience, preferred. The Registered Nurse ASC is expected to work in a primary nursing area for the center.
