The Springfield Regional Medical Center features a robust 250-bed capacity, including 60 ICU beds, and offers an onsite lab and x-ray. With a dedicated team of physicians and mid-levels, you'll be an integral part of a community-focused healthcare environment.

    Job Responsibilities: Provide surgical care for adult patients requiring cardiovascular, thoracic, or vascular procedures. Perform the following required procedures: General CV/Thoracic/Vascular Surgeries Coronary artery bypass surgery Correction of congenital defects Valvular repair/replacements Aneurysm repair Lung resection (including VATs) Chest wall/pleural procedures Esophagus/diaphragm surgeries Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal) Ventilation management Bronchoscopy Evaluation & management of acute volume and blood pressure issues Participate in shared call and weekend coverage as needed. Utilize the EPIC documentation system for maintaining accurate patient records. Qualifications: Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery. BLS and ACLS certification. Active Ohio state medical license. Clean professional record. COVID-19 vaccination required. Ability to cover specified dates as outlined.
