    Job Responsibilities: Float between two locations, informed the day before if reassigned. Work 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24-hour shifts, including later and weekend options. Oversee a range of cases, primarily neuro, endoscopy, and radiology, with limited pediatric procedures. Manage 36-46 total cases per day between the two locations, with 15-20 cases managed per site. Utilize a supervised CRNA model (4:1 ratio); physicians perform their own blocks and regional anesthesia. Responsible for arterial line placements. Maintain a clean background with no license actions. Candidate preference for active license at the time of submission. Qualifications: Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED Active Michigan License - REQUIRED Clean background - REQUIRED Current ACLS & BLS through AHA - REQUIRED PALS certification - REQUIRED Prioritize full-time providers. License and Certification Requirements: Michigan State License - REQUIRED ACLS and BLS certifications - REQUIRED PALS certification - REQUIRED NBCRNA certification is preferred.

Maintain organized and efficient utilization of anesthesia specific EMR (Spectrum Anesthesia EMR). Uphold a high level of patient care in a Level II Trauma facility. No neonatal surgeries; experience diverse patient demographics, primarily adults. Qualifications: Current Board Certification by the AANA. Valid Ohio nursing license or willingness to obtain. Proficient in BLS, ACLS, & PALS. NRP certification is highly preferred. DEA must be obtained before the start date. A minimum of 3 years employment experience as a CRNA is preferred. License and Certification Requirements: Board Certified AANA (required by time of start). Ohio license or willingness to obtain (required).
