Role Summary:
The RDC Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the shipping, receiving and inventory control activities within Regional Distribution Center (RDC) through managing the shipping and receiving documentation, cycle counting, claims, and RTV processes within the RDC and assist the Inventory Lead.
This position reports to the Regional Distribution Center Leader.

Role Specifics:
Maintains efficient inventory controls throughout the RDC shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and reconciliation.Performs cycle-counting and full inventory functions within the RDCCollaborates cross-functionally to ensure accurate inventory handlingIdentifies and addresses issues affecting inventory accuracyCollaborates with Ops teams, RDC’s, contractors and 3PL operators to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Handles customer complaints and escalations (TLC’s and Customers) in a professional and timely mannerMaintains accurate records for shipping, receiving and inventory control.Completes return to vendor (RTV) documentation as required.Supports and influences RDC team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.Competencies:

This position selects, packs, counts, weighs, marks, and palletizes tires from customer orders and places them in the assigned staging areas according to bin locator system. This position ensures TireHub’s safety guidelines are met by the proper unloading, loading, palletizing, and stacking of tires.
