Job Summary
The Project Manager, Construction Services, is a highly skilled program/project leader who leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion. They have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving project coordination, rollout activities, and internal alignment across sales, operations, and service teams. Key Job Responsibilities
The Project Manager, Construction Services, will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Review new orders, contractual documents, and safety documents.Manage work orders, including reviewing notes, documents, contracts, and submittals.Facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams, including general contractors, subcontractors, sales, warehouse, and field superintendents.Safety Management:
Ensure compliance with job site safety regulations, their safety certifications documents, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, forklift, scissor lift, CPR certification, and site-specific safety plans.Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) and maintain safety data sheets (SDS).Work Order and Material Management:
Track and arrange material deliveries, coordinate with freight vendors, and manage rental equipment.Oversee subcontractor management, including negotiating rates and managing labor purchase orders.Change Events and Warranty Management:
Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers.Assess and manage warranty requests, determining responsibility and coordinating repairs.Backlog and Forecasting:
Conduct backlog reviews to ensure accurate work order status, scheduling, and forecasting.Submit forecast projections and maintain accuracy in delivery dates.Team Management and Training:
Manage and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for team efficiency.Customer Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.Represent the company in project meetings and on-site if needed.Billing Preparation:
Prepare progress billing documentation, ensuring accurate representation of work completed to date.Oversee final billing procedures, including reconciliation of project costs and submission to clients.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.Contractual Obligation Execution:

We focus on providing proactive maintenance and industry-leading equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry, which reduces downtime for our customers. What You’ll Do
Account Executives are the catalysts to customer growth and satisfaction with service and products offered through Miner. Within their assigned territory, Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services. The role prospects new opportunities, develops meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conducts site surveys to focus their equipment sales and improve customer operations. The role also acts as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities. This is a sales job so selling is the ultimate responsibility of any Account Executive at Miner, Ltd.

Job Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting and effectively communicating to our company’s Field Service Technicians as well as our customers. They will assign orders and service calls ensuring that our customers receive prompt customer service on their warehouse equipment.

What You’ll Do
Account Executives are the catalysts to customer growth and satisfaction with service and products offered through Miner. Within their assigned territory, Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services. The role prospects new opportunities, develops meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conducts site surveys to focus their equipment sales and improve customer operations. The role also acts as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities. Job Summary
The Service Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to the support staff including field service technicians.
Key Job Responsibilities
Communicate job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises job results.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Monitor personnel requirements and maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.Initiate, coordinate, monitor and enforce systems, policies and procedures.Facilitate corrections to employees within processes, when necessary.Resolve personnel and service problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending action.Initiate and foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork within and between departments.Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel.Achieve positive work results by establishing priorities, monitor work progress, revise schedules, resolve problems, and report results through daily/weekly meetings and reports.Maintain safe, clean and organized work environment.Educate and direct personnel on the use of all control points, equipment and resources.Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.Facilitate mentor training for technicians as they train apprentices.Facilitate the training of new employees.Manage multiple forms of communication (phone calls, text, email, etc.) simultaneously.Develop thorough knowledge of the Company’s operating standards, policies, directives, and safety instructions pertaining to the assignment.Monitor technician reports.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Performance Measurements
A score card that reflects performance in areas such as safety, completion time for projects, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Management of team goals including attitude; diligence; contributions; and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.Growth of existing customer services utilized.Driving key business initiatives as the customer needs change.Other key metrics prescribed by Miner Ltd. leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.Requirements:Experience managing service personnel.Strong management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, writing and presentation skills.Proven ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven service environment.Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.Extensive skills in Microsoft Office Products.Exceptional organizational skills.Must be results-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a team environment as well as to lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams.Possess innovative leadership, communication, delivery, consultative, partnership, and team building skills.High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree or higher, preferred.The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.** Must have Dock and Door Industry Experience ***This job description is subject to change at any time.
