Miner Account Executives represent the end user sales side of our business. We focus on providing proactive maintenance and industry-leading equipment solutions within the Dock & Door Industry, which reduces downtime for our customers. What You’ll Do
Account Executives are the catalysts to customer growth and satisfaction with service and products offered through Miner. Within their assigned territory, Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services. The role prospects new opportunities, develops meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conducts site surveys to focus their equipment sales and improve customer operations. The role also acts as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities. This is a sales job so selling is the ultimate responsibility of any Account Executive at Miner, Ltd.

Job Summary
The Project Manager, End User, is a highly skilled program/project leader who leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion. They have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving project coordination, rollout activities, and internal alignment across sales, operations, and service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in client relationship management and project delivery within a high-visibility, fast-paced customer environment.

This position has supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Sr. Project Manager of Operations.
Core Job Responsibilities
The End-User Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of End-User/ Organic projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Project Planning and Coordination:
Review new orders, PO documents, and safety documents.Manage work orders, including reviewing notes, documents, and submittals.Facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams, including customers, subcontractors, sales, and field superintendents.Safety Management:
Ensure compliance with job site safety regulations, their safety certifications documents, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, forklift, scissor lift, CPR certification, and site-specific safety plans as needed.Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) and maintain safety data sheets (SDS) as needed.Work Order and Material Management:
Track and arrange material deliveries, coordinate with freight vendors, and manage rental equipment.Oversee subcontractor management, including negotiating rates and managing labor purchase orders.Change Events and Warranty Management:
Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers.Assess and manage warranty requests, determining root cause/responsibility and coordinating repairs.Backlog and Forecasting:
Conduct backlog reviews to ensure accurate work order status, scheduling, and forecasting.Submit forecast projections and maintain accuracy in delivery dates.Team Management and Training:
Manage and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for team efficiency.Customer Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on project status, and addressing any concerns.Represent the company in project-related meetings and on-site if needed.Billing Preparation:
Prepare progress billing documentation, ensuring accurate representation of work completed to date.Oversee final billing procedures, including reconciliation of project costs and submission to clients.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.Ensure and maintain billing cadence.Project Obligation Execution:

Job Summary
The Project Manager, End User, is a highly skilled program/project leader who leads and oversees complex projects from initiation to completion. They have extensive experience in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while driving project coordination, rollout activities, and internal alignment across sales, operations, and service teams. Project Planning and Coordination:
Review new orders, PO documents, and safety documents.Manage work orders, including reviewing notes, documents, and submittals.Facilitate collaboration among internal and external teams, including customers, subcontractors, sales, and field superintendents.Safety Management:
Ensure compliance with job site safety regulations, their safety certifications documents, including OSHA 10, OSHA 30, forklift, scissor lift, CPR certification, and site-specific safety plans as needed.Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) and maintain safety data sheets (SDS) as needed.Work Order and Material Management:
Track and arrange material deliveries, coordinate with freight vendors, and manage rental equipment.Oversee subcontractor management, including negotiating rates and managing labor purchase orders.Change Events and Warranty Management:
Handle change events by coordinating with account executives and customers.Assess and manage warranty requests, determining root cause/responsibility and coordinating repairs.Backlog and Forecasting:
Conduct backlog reviews to ensure accurate work order status, scheduling, and forecasting.Submit forecast projections and maintain accuracy in delivery dates.Team Management and Training:
Manage and train field superintendents and equipment coordinators.Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for team efficiency.Customer Communication:
Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing updates on project status, and addressing any concerns.Represent the company in project-related meetings and on-site if needed.Billing Preparation:
Prepare progress billing documentation, ensuring accurate representation of work completed to date.Oversee final billing procedures, including reconciliation of project costs and submission to clients.Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.Ensure and maintain billing cadence.Project Obligation Execution:

The Service Coordinator is responsible for assisting and effectively communicating to our company’s Field Service Technicians as well as our customers. They will assign orders and service calls ensuring that our customers receive prompt customer service on their warehouse equipment.

Job Summary
The Field Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating activities concerned with the installation & new construction of loading docks and commercial door equipment.
The selected candidate must have industry experience to be successful in this position.
Key Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation and new construction of material handling equipment projects.Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers, as needed.Attend company project and job-site meetings.Conduct site-walks and surveys.Measure job sites for preparation of installations.Manage General Contractors and vendors for quality of work.Complete punch lists.Pick up and deliver parts, materials and supplies to job-sites, as required.Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner.Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris.Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Performance Measurements
A score card that reflects performance in areas such as safety, completion time for projects, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.Management observation regarding attitude, diligence, team contributions, and willingness & ability to learn new skills and information.Other key metrics prescribed by Miner Corp leadership, resulting in positive customer and Company impact.Requirements:Experience in the Dock & Door Industry, 3 years minimum is required.Working knowledge of being on construction sites within our industry, required.Experience with construction site conditions and activities.Ability to thrive in a fast paced, technology driven, service environment.Knowledge of OSHA rules. OSHA 30 Certification, highly preferred.Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.Able to work independently and follow directions accurately.Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, schematics.Follows all safety procedures in performing work, as well as company policies.Able to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other material handling equipment.Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.Experience using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook; Excel; and Word.Ability to manage personnel resources.Technical school training and OEM certification a plus. Examples of training would include: AAADM; Rytec; Entrematic; etc.Must have schedule flexibility, as services may be performed during evenings, weekends, or holidays.Ability to work overtime.Must have a valid state issued Driver’s License with a Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) driving record acceptable to insurance carrier.Must be able to pass a standard Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check.*This job description is subject to change at any time.

The work is performed in various locations, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing plants, refineries and hospital settings. Employees may work with co-workers’ side-by-side with a moderate level of activity being performed. Exposure to high voltage AC/DC power is very common in many work environments. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
