Job Summary
The Director of Sales, End User, will be responsible for managing the sales profitability and market growth of a sales team. This position develops and drives regional strategies, in alignment with the Regional VP, to support Miner Limited vision and strategies. You will also direct and lead a team of sales employees, aligning team and individuals’ goals to drive sales results and employee development throughout the market and region.
*The territory is Minnesota, North Dakota and part of Wisconsin.
Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for building and managing a sales team that is performance driven, energized, customer focused, profitable, and focused on exceeding performance goals.Provide day-to-day direction and coaching of the sales process with the sales team in order ensure each employee achieves their sales and profit objectives.Implement multiple tools, processes, and systems to develop individuals. This includes: Territory management; Account management; Performance management; Coaching; Insight selling; Opportunity/pipeline; and Mentoring.Responsible for all aspects of employment decisions. This includes: Hiring; Performance management; Development; Quality; and structure requirements.Provide leadership during regional acquisitions.Coordinate successful support of customer commitments with operations teams.Provide leadership support with face-to-face customer interaction as needed.Create solutions to sales challenges, customer needs/problems through facilitating cross functional support and drives execution of those solutions.Consult with and provide front line customer information, needs, strategies and challenges to Regional VP to assist in developing company vision and strategies.Assess quality activities relating to all aspects of the business, including but not limited to sales, customer service, operations, reporting and customer feedback.Align with operations counterpart to ensure proper resources are accounted for to support any service and equipment sales commitments that is aligned with company profit objectives.Coordinate regional strategies with peers to ensure consistent use of best practices across the organization aligning to company vision and strategies.Understands the benefits of and executes clear communication of company vision, strategy, goals and KPI’s to their sales team.Leads cross functional initiatives.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Key Performance Measurements

What You’ll Do
Account Executives are the catalysts to customer growth and satisfaction with service and products offered through Miner. Within their assigned territory, Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services. The role prospects new opportunities, develops meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conducts site surveys to focus their equipment sales and improve customer operations. The role also acts as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities. This is a sales job so selling is the ultimate responsibility of any Account Executive at Miner, Ltd.

Key Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation and new construction of material handling equipment projects.Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers, as needed.Attend company project and job-site meetings.Conduct site-walks and surveys.Measure job sites for preparation of installations.Manage General Contractors and vendors for quality of work.Complete punch lists.Pick up and deliver parts, materials and supplies to job-sites, as required.Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner.Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. Avoid injuries and damage to property, loss of unused materials and clean-up of work area debris.Completes all necessary company training in a timely manner.Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Travel and Work Location
The work will be in Davenport and Des Moines, Iowa. Must be able to travel to both locations.

OSHA 30 Certification, highly preferred.Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices.Able to work independently and follow directions accurately.Must be able to read blueprints, drawings, schematics.Follows all safety procedures in performing work, as well as company policies.Able to operate a forklift, scissor lift, and other material handling equipment.Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.Experience using Microsoft Office Products: Outlook; Excel; and Word.Ability to manage personnel resources.Technical school training and OEM certification a plus. Collaborate with Sales and Service Teams.Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the installation and new construction of material handling equipment projects.Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers, as needed.Attend company project and job-site meetings.Conduct site-walks and surveys.Measure job sites for preparation of installations.Manage General Contractors and vendors for quality of work.Complete punch lists.Pick up and deliver parts, materials and supplies to job-sites, as required.Manage work orders (paper and digital) for each job in a timely manner.Perform hazard assessments and maintain a high standard of safe work practices and quality control.Follow company and OSHA safety rules and guidelines. The work will be in Davenport and Des Moines, Iowa. Must be able to travel to both locations.

What You’ll Do
Account Executives are the catalysts to customer growth and satisfaction with service and products offered through Miner. Within their assigned territory, Account Executives will call on manufacturing warehouses and distribution centers focused on selling loading dock equipment and services. The role prospects new opportunities, develops meaningful relationships with Operations Managers, and conducts site surveys to focus their equipment sales and improve customer operations. The role also acts as an educator supporting product training, teaching customers and prospects about the products/services offered and partnering with suppliers on knowledge development and solution opportunities. Job Summary
The National Accounts Sales Executive is responsible for generating business opportunities and meeting sales goals by building and maintaining relationships with designated Miner National Accounts.

Drive and manage the sales process with designated national accounts based on the agreement executed between Miner and the national account.
