    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  

    I. JOB DUTIES:

The Security Dispatcher(s) performs a full range of radio and telephone operational duties in this 365, 24/7 department and is under general supervision, performing work of routine difficulty in the operation of a central alarm station using computers, cameras, and various communications equipment, initiating proper response for emergency and non-emergency situations and relay through security radio and/or phone communication. In some situations, the Security Corporal will serve as a first line supervisor in the absence of other Security Department Supervisors or Administrators.

    The Grievance Hearing Officer and Compliance Manager serves as the district's primary Level I Grievance Hearing Officer and supports the management of the district's grievance process. This includes receiving, reviewing, investigating, and responding to employee grievance complaints in accordance with district policies. This position will be dedicated to ensuring Level I Grievances are handled in a timely, fair and consistent manner.

    In addition, the Grievance Hearing Officer and Compliance Manager assists in supporting SBEC reporting requirements and other Human Resources compliance related processes as assigned.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Experience:

    Bachelor's Degree, required.Minimum four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in employee relations, investigations, compliance, grievance administration, human resources management, or a related field required or a minimum of 4 years experience in campus administration (principal, assistant principal, dean).Experience conducting workplace investigations, managing employee relations matters, or administering grievance processes preferred.Experience interpreting and applying federal and state employment laws and regulations preferred.Public school district Human Resources and/or campus administration experience preferred.Experience with educator misconduct investigations, SBEC reporting requirements, or regulatory compliance processes preferred.
