    Position Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager to oversee structural steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through project closeout. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while coordinating with detailing, fabrication, purchasing, field operations, subcontractors, and general contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from preconstruction through final completion.

    Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, schedules, and submittals.

    Coordinate with detailing, fabrication, purchasing, and field erection teams.

    Monitor project budgets, schedules, labor costs, and material procurement.

    Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

    Track project progress and proactively resolve scheduling, fabrication, and field issues.

    Coordinate material deliveries and erection sequencing to support field operations.

    Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and contract specifications.

    Participate in project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

    Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

    Required Qualifications

    5+ years of Project Management experience in structural steel construction.

    Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.

    Experience managing commercial or industrial steel construction projects.

    Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

    Knowledge of steel detailing, fabrication workflows, and erection sequencing.

    Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

    Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience with miscellaneous metals and pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects.

    Familiarity with Tekla, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar construction software.

    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

    Role Description

    Our growing and well-established civil defense litigation practice is seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement while handling sophisticated civil defense matters for respected insurance carriers and self-insured clients

    We are looking for an attorney who is confident managing a litigation docket independently and who has substantial experience defending premises liability and automobile liability claims in New York.

    What You'll Do

    Independently manage a full caseload from inception through trial.

    Defend complex premises liability and automobile liability matters in New York courts.

    Conduct depositions, prepare and argue motions, oversee discovery, and attend court conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

    Evaluate liability and damages, develop litigation strategy, and provide timely reporting to clients.

    Work collaboratively with partners while maintaining primary responsibility for your files

    Qualifications

    Active admission to the New York Bar is required.

    Significant experience in civil defense litigation, with a strong emphasis on premises liability and automobile claims.

    Admission to the New Jersey Bar or meaningful New Jersey litigation experience is a strong plus. This full-time remote Attorney role involves providing legal counsel and representation to clients, with a focus on labor and employment matters and related areas of law. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal research, analyzing case law and statutes, drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, pleadings, and other legal documents, and preparing legal opinions and memoranda

    The Attorney will advise clients on legal rights and obligations, handle negotiations and settlement discussions, and may participate in administrative proceedings or litigation as needed. Collaboration with colleagues, timely communication with clients, and adherence to professional and ethical standards are essential, as is effective practice management in a remote work environment.

    Qualifications

    Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience providing Legal Advice to clients.

    Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including relevant regulations, case law, and best practices.

    Proficiency in legal Research, including analysis of statutes, regulations, and case precedents.

    Effective Negotiation skills for resolving disputes, drafting agreements, and managing settlements.

    Key Responsibilities

    Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

    Manage and maintain Accounts Payable records, including vendor files, invoices, and payment documentation.

    Review and match purchase orders with vendor invoices to ensure accuracy prior to entry into the accounting system.

    Prepare and process accounts payable payments in accordance with company policies and deadlines.

    Generate and review accounts payable and receivable reports on a regular basis.

    Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

    Monitor and manage communication with vendors regarding invoices, payment status, and account discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution.

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting and administrative files, both digital and physical.

    Assist with data entry, document preparation, filing, and other clerical accounting functions.

    Operate standard office equipment and business software, including accounting systems, document management tools, and communication platforms.

    Qualifications & Experience

    High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or certification in accounting, business administration, or a related field preferred.

    2-4 years of experience in an office, accounting, or administrative support role.

    Solid understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

    Hands-on experience using QuickBooks (QB) for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reporting, and general ledger activities is required.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Technical Skills

    Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).

    Inspect landscapes, turf areas, athletic fields, and planting beds to identify weed species, pest issues, and treatment needs.

    Mix, load, and apply herbicides, fungicides, and other pesticides according to label instructions, company protocols, and Washington State regulations.

    Calibrate and operate spray equipment (boom sprayers, backpack sprayers, handheld applicators) accurately and safely.

    Apply treatments to lawns, ornamental beds, tree/shrub areas, aquatic zones, and ROW's while minimizing drift and environmental impact.

    Maintain detailed records of applications, including product used, rates, locations, weather conditions, and client sites (for WSDA compliance).

    Perform integrated vegetation management, combining chemical and non-chemical methods.

    Assist and manage general landscape maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, pruning) when not applying chemicals.

    Must have strong leadership/communication skills.

    Ensure proper storage, handling, transport, and disposal of pesticides per state and federal guidelines.

    Conduct regular equipment maintenance and cleaning.

    Communicate with clients, supervisors, and crew regarding maintenance & treatment plans.

    Stay current with continuing education credits to maintain active Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator license.

    Adhere to all safety standards, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations.

    Oversight of other spray applicators.

    Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    Valid Washington State Commercial Pesticide Applicator License required (Laws & Safety + relevant category such as ROW, Aquatic, and Landscape - e.g., Category 3 or equivalent).

    Experience in landscape maintenance, turf management, or commercial pesticide application (5+ years preferred).

    Knowledge of common Pacific Northwest weeds, turfgrass, and native/ornamental plants.

    Valid Washington State driver's license with background check.

    Strong understanding of pesticide labels, safety data sheets, and integrated pest management principles.

    Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and commitment to regulatory compliance.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Managing 2-10 employees.

    Conversational Spanish speaking required.

    Physical Requirements

    Responsibilities

    We are now looking for highly qualified associates with 10+ years of experience in civil litigation defense.

    For the first opening (Civil Litigation Associate):

    Full file handling experience is required

    Trial experience is strongly preferred

    Experience in management-side employment litigation and public entity defense is highly valued

    This is primarily an in-person role, though hybrid arrangements may be considered

    Attorneys with 10-30 years of experience for this position

    Case management from inception through resolution

    Preparation of motions, oppositions, replies, and other court pleadings

    Analysis of legal issues, exposures, and defenses

    Prepare/respond to written discovery

    Assessment of damages claims

    Work collaboratively with attorneys of all experience levels

    Provide leadership and direction to less experienced attorneys
