Required Qualifications7+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing.

Must have extensive experience working with home service companies, specifically Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical businesses.
Must have strong hands-on experience using ServiceTitan CRM.

Responsibilities:
Manage workers' compensation premium audits from start to finish.
Review payroll records, tax documents, and financial statements to ensure accurate reporting.
Gather and organize audit documentation from clients.
Analyze audit worksheets and identify classification or payroll errors.
Dispute incorrect audit findings and negotiate with insurance carriers when appropriate.
Track all audits and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Build standardized audit workflows, checklists, and internal procedures.
