Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of estimating and analysis with guidance from senior estimators

Collaborate with senior leadership on estimating strategies

Communicate with onsite field leadership to understand progress and project is on schedule.
Prepare estimates for labor and materials based on information from estimating and field leadership.
Stay in the know of project progress and implement changes as needed under the direction of the department manager.
Prepare and present monthly costing reports to the department manager.
Responsible for managing all financial aspects from delivery of equipment and materials, man hours, stock levels, etc.
Work with vendors to curb material costs and delayed deliveries.
Attending meetings with all interested parties to ensure there is a clear and concise plan moving forward.
Project confidence to the client so they are confident in efforts and abilities to overcome any dilemma.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
Relatable experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
5 years of electrical PM experience is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, Accubid
Self-starter who is proactive including business development.
