    Job DescriptionThe CPU RTL Design Engineer will be responsible for Micro-architecture, RTL coding/integration, Synthesis of complex IP and ARM CPU subsystems. Run RTL quality checks (Lint, Equivalence checks, CDC…) to ensure quality of RTL. Synthesize the design and provide timing constraints to the Physical Design team to ensure RTL meets timing. Work with DV team to define the test plan and verify the RTL thoroughly. Work with WW teams to align on the specification and deliverables.

    Job Description Seeking an experienced analog circuit designer capable of designing analog or mixed-signal blocks for mobile device SoC. Ideal candidate should have strong background knowledge of following areas: FinFET transistor operation and device dynamics, analog function blocks (op-amps, band-gap, LDO and ADC/DAC), complex AC/DC analysis, feedback loop theory, digital standard cells (flip-flops, latches, level shifters and logic cells), low-power design techniques. The job scope for this position includes: 1) Define mixed-signal design architecture and design analog and/or digital blocks and document the specs. 2) Perform transistor-level design feasibility and performance analysis and provide improvement based on analysis result. 3) Model system-level digital control behavior to validate analog circuit functionality 5) Drive layout reviews and provides guidance for layout engineer to achieve best circuit performance 5) Perform T/O quality design verification including LEC, IR-drop, and timing analysis, work with ESD team to ensure design meets company’s quality requirements. 6) Provide feasible analog design test plan suitable for mass production 7) Coordinate with top-level BE/FE integrator to prepare required design model for integration.
