    Scope of Work:

    T&H Solutions has a position opening for a Network Specialist Master to provide technical leadership and support in the areas of IT planning, solution specification/design, implementation and target architecture development for the AFNCR Consolidated Communication Center (CCC). The Network Engineer will support the 844th Communications Group at Joint Base Andrews (JBA). This role includes supporting the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) and Headquarters Air Force (HAF) customers on both NIPRNet and SIPRNet domains for the development of the CCC building. The qualified candidate will have knowledge of information technology commercial solutions and experience designing and developing technical solutions. The preferred candidate will have excellent communications skills, a strong customer service orientation and experience serving as an advisor to Chief Architect and other Government/Contractor staff and managers.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing the technical aspects in projects related to the CCC. As well, as identify and manage dependencies between these projects and with other ongoing activities. Preparing solution packages documenting recommended technical solutions, estimated costs and benefits.Identify, assess, and present options for meeting the functional and technical requirements, which might include hardware and software.Produce architectural artifacts to include system design diagrams, recommendation justifications, and technical specifications.Design and define solution capabilities that satisfy customer business drivers / requirements and meet service delivery objectives.Lead execution of the full engineering lifecycle, from planning, through implementation, to operational readiness.Lead technical discussions both internally and with customer teams.Provide transparent and regular status updates in requested format.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years related experience or the equivalent relevant experience.Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.Currently possess one or more of the following: CCNP, VCP-DCV Datacenter. Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships and external networks.Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and work effectively in a collaborative team environment while keeping the team informed.Excellent customer facing skills.Excellent researching, decision-making and organizational skills are required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Visio.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection and other guidelines where appropriate.

    Scope of Work: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Program Office. This role supports daily office operations, assists with documentation and scheduling, and coordinates to ensure efficient program operations and responsive user support.


    Responsibilities:

    Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Program Office, including correspondence, document preparation, filing, and records management.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other program documentation using standard office software.Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and prepare meeting materials and minutes as required.Receive, review, and route incoming communications (email, phone calls, mail) and respond to routine inquiries.Maintain office supplies, track inventories, and coordinate procurement requests in accordance with company procedures.Support onboarding and offboarding administrative activities for program personnel, including coordination of access, equipment requests, and required documentation.Ensure administrative processes comply with contract requirements, company policies, and applicable government regulations.Develop presentation materials, briefing documents, and charts as needed.Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.Perform other duties as assigned.


    Minimum Requirements:

    Lead and assist with all design aspects of the CCC data center support systems, to include AC/DC power, UPS, HVAC, carrier infrastructures, internal/external cable plant, and overall data center layout.Produce architectural artifacts to include system design diagrams, recommendation justifications, and technical specifications.Communicate conceptual designs and create/maintain project documentation before, during, and after construction.Create and review civil/structural/architectural design RFPs.Conduct site assessments, internal design meetings, construction reviews.Collaborate with stakeholders to define the processes and standards that govern data center activitiesCoordinate and control access and logistic supportFollow Datacenters procedures and processesManage and coordinate the installation and maintenance of date center equipmentEnsure compliance with data center security protocols

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in Civil Engineering and the equivalent relevant experience in datacenter or mission critical facilities design.
    • Possess an active Secret security clearance
    • Experience managing hardware configuration baselines
    • Experience with Data Center Strategy, Planning, and Roadmap maintenance
    • Knowledge of power infrastructure layout from generation to rack level, redundancy levels and techniques, rack standards, properties and selection criteria, and power rail/strip options, cold aisle/hot aisle containment, and standards for fire suppression, security and safety
    • Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships, partnerships and external networks
    • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision and work effectively in a collaborative team environment while keeping the team informed.
