Job DescriptionPerform and support all leads, supervisors, and staff members with operational functions of quality control, label inspection and separation, packaging, special instructions and shipping in order to meet the delivery deadlines of each customer while maintaining all quality standards. This role is on 3rd/C shift, Wednesday - Saturday 6am to 6pm
► Key Areas of Responsibility
Accurately inspects, separates, slots, and packages all label/print products
Insures all quality control standards are being maintained.
Uses ERP system to log time and materials accurately.
Ensures all shipments are completed and all packages are shipped to the correct person/place as directly by the daily job schedule or as instructed by Lead, Supervisor, job ticket or customer special instructions.
Communicate problems or quality issues due to printing, laminating or shipping errors to the appropriate individuals.
Double check all shipments leaving the production facility for any errors before arriving to the customer.
May communicate with courier companies and drivers about delays in shipping, special courier deliveries, and other issues that may affect customer deliveries.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, uses required PPE, and follows all safety rules and procedures.
May be required to work overtime or on another shift as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Regular attendance is an essential function of this position.
Compliance with applicable Company policies concerning maintaining a drug free workplace is required.
Compliance with all Company policies is required including all safety policies and procedures.

Job DescriptionSUMMARY
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment within the facility by performing the following duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:
• Repair production equipment, plant equipment and related facility equipment by diagnosing the source of the problem.
• Use machine tools, meters, and machine manuals to diagnose equipment problems.
• Build structures from wood, metal, and other materials using hand tools, power tools, welding and fabricating techniques.
• Under direction of the maintenance manager or maintenance lead, move machines, install pipe, ductwork, fixtures or related equipment and provide support for plant improvement projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems by using electrical schematics and VOM meters.
• Get required tools or equipment, clean up areas, and store tools and equipment.
• Other duties as required by management.

QualificationsEducation and or Experience
• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be proficient in the repair and maintenance of at least four major machine types, flexo, air compressors, laminators, rewinders, electronic imaging equipment, power cutters and die - cutters.
• At least 3-5 years previous experience performing maintenance in a manufacturing facility with knowledge of electrical schematics and ladder diagrams. Strong mechanical or electrical background and knowledge preferred.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Continuous, high to moderate levels of noise, require hearing protection to be worn at all times. Exposure to chemicals, inks, and coatings require the appropriate PPE to be worn when handling.
