IHI's mission is to innovate and lead transformational improvement in health and health care worldwide.Position Summary:Reporting to the Sr. Director, Business Applications, the NetSuite Administrator will collaborate with team members across all business functions to optimize our NetSuite usage and functionality, perform customizations, resolve user issues, and define processes within NetSuite. This position administers and configures NetSuite to maintain compliance with existing policies, delivers and improves solutions utilizing NetSuite's capabilities, and is driven to improve the capabilities of the organization. Additionally, this position will support all IT functions and administration for the company. Position Responsibilities:Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Customization, Development & Solution DesignCollaborate cross-functionally to develop effective solutions that streamline processes and optimize workflows across the organization. Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to support evolving business needs. Develop and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder. Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards. Fully document existing and new customizations and workflows. Leverage and customize NetSuite solutions, evaluating when out-of-the-box functionality meets business needs and when alternative approaches are required for optimal results. Evaluate business requirements, translate them into functional and system requirements, and implement scalable solutions in NetSuite. System Optimization & Problem Resolution Analyze system issues and breakdowns to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Perform regular system audits and prepare for NetSuite upgrades and new feature releases. Coordinate with NetSuite support to resolve issues that cannot be addressed internally. Compliance and IntegrationEnsure system compliance with internal policies, procedures, and protocols related to system standards and changes. Support and execute integrations of existing and future-state systems and data into NetSuite in an optimal and efficient manner. Implement and manage integrations between NetSuite and other business systems. System Administration and User SupportManage day-to-day operations of the NetSuite platform, including user account maintenance, data imports, and basic system customization. Maintain proper data security and system access for all users and roles. Provide help desk support and manage general IT functions, assisting users with a variety of technology issues. Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:In-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP platform architecture, features, and functionality including (but not limited to): Using forms, fields, custom records and workflows to manage unique business process requirements SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and other NetSuite customization tools Creating and maintaining saved searches, formulas (including HTML), custom forms, SuiteScripts, and workflows. NetSuite Analytics including reporting, dashboards, KPI Scorecards, dataset, and Workbooks NetSuite Email, Invoice, and PDF Templates Trouble shooting and maintaining NetSuite 3rd party integrators and SuiteApps based integrations Knowledge of system integration methods and best practices including, creating and maintaining APIs, data migration, middleware, etc. Understanding of IT security principles, user access controls, and data privacy standards Awareness of system audit practices, compliance standards, and upgrade cycles Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing system issues and process inefficiencies Effective communication skills for working across teams and documenting technical solutions Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels Skilled in translating business needs into functional and technical system requirements Strong ability to adapt to evolving business needs and learn new tools and technologies quickly Provide responsive, user-friendly support and training to both technical and non-technical users Ability to proactively recommend and implement scalable solutions that support long-term business goals Commitment to IHI ValuesCommitment to equity, anti-racism, and the improvement of societal systemsPosition Qualifications:RequiredBachelor's degree in computer science or another technical field or equivalent experience and relevant certifications 5+ years of hands-on experience administering and customizing NetSuite, including system configuration, user management, workflows, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
