    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team!

    Responsibilities:·         Monitors the performance of each task or group of tasks and informs the NCI COR of all problems and accomplishments. ·         Serves as content and technical authority for specific task areas and participates in solutions to complex problems issues of content management and information systems. ·         Directs content and systems analysts, programmers, and other subject matter experts on assigned work.


    Qualifications:·         A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive, successful experience in relevant areas of expertise, such as biomedical content expertise, terminology and ontology curation and publication environments, programming support and software development, operations, resource management, and administration. ·         Minimum of an advanced degree in a medical, nursing, or scientific discipline, or computer science/information systems. ·         Prior clinical experience highly desirable for a Project Manager position.

    Responsibilities:·         Provide leadership and direction for all aspects of the eAUTO program, including technical delivery, operations, staffing, and client engagement.·         Oversee the implementation and maintenance of automation technologies such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and AI-based auto-remediation tools·         Manage the execution of unified task orchestration solutions that enable seamless workflow integration across multiple IT service domains.·         Coordinate AI-driven predictive analytics and AIOps tools to enhance anomaly detection, system self-healing, and resilience.·         Ensure end-to-end operational ownership across IT hosting, cloud services, automation, communications, and configuration management.·         Facilitate efficient workload distribution, prioritization, and task management across support teams.·         Oversee the seamless transition of services from previous contractors, including the implementation, troubleshooting, operations, and maintenance of inherited systems and work products.·         Ensure compliance with all IT security policies, governance frameworks, and USCIS operational requirements.·         Report program performance metrics to USCIS leadership and proactively address risks and performance issues.
    Qualifications:·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.·         10+ years of progressive experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years overseeing enterprise IT infrastructure or operations support programs.·         Demonstrated experience managing programs for U.S. federal government agencies, preferably DHS or USCIS.·         Proven experience with automation technologies (e.g., IaC, RPA), cloud operations, and AI-based IT operations.·         Experience managing the transition and sustainment of complex IT systems from incumbent vendors.·         Strong background in workload and asset management across large, distributed IT teams.·         Knowledge of ITIL practices and agile service delivery methodologies. Preferred Qualifications:·         PMP (Project Management Professional), SAFe, or equivalent certification.·         ITIL v4 Certification.·         Experience with AIOps platforms, cloud-native orchestration tools, and hybrid IT environments.·         Familiarity with USCIS OIT operations or similar mission-critical federal IT ecosystems.·         Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols in federal environments.

    ·         Oversee the integration and alignment of MEDLOG processes with GCSS-Army per the direction of the EAA initiative.·         Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of activities related to the modernization of legacy systems such as PBUSE, SAMS-E, SAMS-IE, MMWS, and FLMS into GCSS-Army.·         Collaborate with AMLE, CASCOM, and other Army stakeholders to define, refine, and implement the future state of Army MEDLOG within the GCSS-Army ERP solution.·         Provide subject matter expertise in sustainment information systems and Army logistics modernization efforts.·         Ensure enterprise architecture planning aligns with Army directives and contributes to a single, integrated common operating picture for medical maintenance and supply operations.·         Facilitate cross-functional working groups, manage schedules and deliverables, and support stakeholder briefings and updates.·         Monitor compliance with Army auditability requirements and assist in enabling real-time logistics and financial visibility.·         Identify risks and mitigation strategies related to system integration, user adoption, and data migration.

    ·     Lead and manage all activities related to the NEMSIS and TAC program, ensuring continuity of operations, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with national standards.·     Collaborate with State, territorial, tribal, and District of Columbia (STTDC) EMS offices, software vendors, national partners, and industry experts to maintain and enhance the national EMS data exchange system.·     Oversee and ensure the integrity of the end-to-end data lifecycle — from local EMS agency collection through STTDC repositories to the National EMS Database (NEMSD).·     Manage electronic Patient Care Report (ePCR) software vendor testing to ensure compliance with NEMSIS national schemas and case definitions.·     Supervise the delivery of technical assistance and user support through the TAC, ensuring timely and high-quality responses to EMS system stakeholders.·     Provide strategic planning, resource management, and performance tracking aligned with NHTSA OEMS objectives.·     Prepare detailed reports and updates for federal leadership, including program status, risks, and impact assessments.
