This is a full time day shift opportunity, 7a-7p. As an Assistant Nurse Manager you will be Responsible for: Providing nursing care to patients on the unit The assessment and reassessment of unit function; serves as a liaison for staff, physicians and other departments. Providing resource for staff members as well as mentors growth and provides feedback to staff. Monitoring/adjusting manhours in accordance with unit budget. Assisting manager with disciplinary issues and annual performance reviews.
