What You’ll Be Doing

Help prepare machines and materials for productionLearn how to operate advanced packaging equipmentSupport basic maintenance and troubleshootingPerform quality checks to ensure top‑notch productsKeep work areas clean and organizedRotate through tasks like feeding machines, loading pallets, and moving materials
What We’re Looking For
Must be 18 years or olderComfortable standing for long periods and using your hands frequentlyAble to lift 10–15 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionallyCan follow instructions, multitask, and work independently or with a teamBasic math and mechanical aptitude requiredStrong communication skillsWillingness to work overtime when production demands change
