    Client and Position Details:
    Our client is a design-build contractor that specializes in federal healthcare projects on military installations. They serve across the nation and are headquartered in Reston, Virginia. They have an immediate need for a full time Project Manager/Superintendent in Colorado Springs, CO.


    Work Schedule:
    Onsite 5 days/week at the project's location. The average project length is 6-9 months and the project locations vary across the United States.

    General Job Duties:
    Participate in design review process.
    Oversee construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out.
    Prepare, manage, and update project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
    Review submittal and RFI’s, including subcontractor submissions, for accuracy prior to submission to owner or designer of record.
    Act as lead for pre-construction and pre-planning activities to ensure project is completed in accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints.
    Project documentation processing to include daily reports, pay applications, submittals, RFI’s, warranty information, close out documents, record drawings and all final release documents.
    Material buyouts and ordering to ensure project schedule is met.
    Candidate will act as liaison and manage all communications/ meetings between customer, company, and subcontractors.
    Financial oversite to include preparation of project forecasts and work in progress schedules as required.
    Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

    This position is a hands-on position in a successful and continually growing company.
