    Job Description

    RESPEC seeks a Senior Civil Project Manager located in our Fort Myers or Sarasota, FL, location.

    This role involves all aspects of managing residential and commercial land development projects, including contracts, budgets, design, workload, and permitting. Responsibilities include:

    Providing oversight on various construction projects and working with construction inspectorsDeveloping and producing conceptual, preliminary, and final construction design drawingsAssisting with the preparation of construction plans, detail drawings, and project specificationsReviewing construction plans, performing horizontal and vertical roadway alignment calculations, and conducting utility research and coordinationAssisting with permitting submittalsPerforming quantity calculations and completing engineering cost opinionsQualifications

    The ideal candidate will have the following:

    Additional Information

    Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. The salary range for this position begins at $125,000.     Job Description

    RESPEC seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end projects for our billing partners. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing technical projects, particularly in the billing or order-to-cash domain, and possess both project management and technical expertise. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work on multiple client projects simultaneously. The Technical Project Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of billing solutions while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders. 

    Qualifications

    Key Responsibilities 

    Leads and manages end-to-end projects for RESPEC billing partners, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget

    Develops and maintains detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

    Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and client-facing teams, to ensure alignment and successful project execution 

    Conducts discovery sessions to understand client business models, billing needs, and technical environments

    Leads training sessions for client teams on platform usage, best practices, and troubleshooting

    Documents system design and client system configurations accurately

    Performs testing and validation to ensure the billing system is configured correctly according to requirements 

    Reports on project status, including budget tracking, identification of latent tasks, and critical path analysis 

    Manages project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery 

    Facilitates communication between technical teams and business stakeholders 

    Oversees the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements

    Monitors project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines

    Ensures compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. 

    Collaborate with and support other billing team members to address client billing challenges.

    Required Qualifications 

    Bachelor’s degree in science, Computer Science or Finance and Accounting preferred 

    5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on billing or order-to-cash projects 

    Proven experience leading complex technical projects from initiation to completion

    Proficiency with project management software (Jira, Confluence, Notion, MS Project, Trello) 

    Experience with agile methodologies 

    Excellent written and oral communication skills

    Excellent organization and planning skills

    Strong interpersonal communication skills

    Familiarity of Cost Accounting

    Familiarity with REST API and other technical configurations

    Experience in Order to Cash projects, including CRM, ERP, and billing systems

    Ability to perform technical tasks such as system configuration and testing

    Some certifications or equivalent and verifiable experience with a commercially available SaaS billing system

    Preferred Qualifications 

    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

    Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms 

    Knowledge of SQL and database management

    Multi-lingual capabilities

    BillingPlatform certification

    Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

    Familiarity with cloud computing platforms

    Qualifications

    We seek a team-oriented candidate with a degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, or related field experience in Environmental Science. The ideal candidate will add expertise to the Environmental Sector projects but may support projects in other EARTHRES markets as well. 

    Education –graduation from an accredited college or university in Geology or Hydrogeology is required.Skills and Abilities – desire to learn; ability to work independently and with client representatives and/or contractors; critical thinking ability and attention to detail; good communication skills and ability to represent EARTHRES in a professional manner; willingness to work occasional weekends and off-hours when needed.Experience – 7-10 years of environmental hydrogeology experience, including performance, analysis, and interpretation of aquifer tests, and strong technical skills.
