    Job Requirement: Management CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD

    Position Title: Task Lead (SME)

    Location: Headquarters Space Operations Command (HQ SpOC), Peterson Space Force Base, CO

    Key Responsibilities:



    Task Lead Responsibilities:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to clarify and obtain Task Order (TO) requirements. Provide daily control and supervision of contractor employees to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Ensure contractor personnel understand prohibitions on personal services contracts and report any instances of Government attempts to control or supervise contractor employees. Personnel Administration:
    Maintain the currency of employees by providing initial and refresher training as required to meet PWS requirements. Obtain Government approval for contractor-provided training classes and ensure no cost to the Government for training.Ensure continuation of services during personnel absences due to sickness, leave, or voluntary/involuntary termination. Contractor Identification:
    Ensure all contractor employees clearly identify themselves as Contractors in all communications, including workplace interactions, meetings, emails, and phone calls. Ensure contractor personnel wear visible badges or lanyards identifying their company affiliation at all times while performing services. Personnel Turnover Management:
    Minimize personnel turnover throughout the life of the contract to ensure continuity of services. Provide timely written notification to the COR and Contracting Officer (CO) regarding impending vacancies, including the date of vacancy, anticipated replacement date, and management actions to ensure requirements are met. Ensure position vacancies do not exceed 14 calendar days unless approved by the CO. Removal of Personnel:
    Respond to Government requests for removal of personnel due to security, safety, health, or unprofessional behavior. Ensure replacements are provided at no cost to the Government. Qualifications:

    Education:
    May possess a bachelors degree in business administration, Program Management, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.Experience:
    Minimum 15 years of experience in program management, task leadership, or personnel administration within a government or military environment.Proven ability to manage teams and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Skills:
    Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

    Preferred Attributes:
    Experience in personnel turnover management and task leadership.Knowledge of government contracting processes and PWS compliance. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Note: This position requires strict adherence to security protocols and may involve occasional travel to support program management requirements.

    Position Title: Operations Support Manager (Senior)

    Location: HQ Space Operations Command (SpOC), Peterson Space Force Base, CO

    Key Responsibilities:

    Generate, Present, and Sustain Responsibilities:

    Support HQ SpOC in exercising its responsibilities for generating, presenting, and sustaining Space Electromagnetic Warfare (SEW) weapon systems. Provide technical subject matter expertise for SEW weapon system matters, including employment/operations, communications, manpower, logistics, security, facilities, training, testing, and basing.
    Forward Garrisons and Strategic Basing:

    Assist in the development and implementation of forward garrisoning plans in USINDOPACOM and USEUCOM theaters. Support contingency and deliberate planning for basing and bed-down of new capabilities.
    International Partnerships:
    Develop, review, and assist in the implementation of international agreements and policies for cooperative efforts and programs. Track and coordinate all aspects of international cooperative efforts, including facilities, manpower, funding, logistics, and deployments. Planning and Coordination:
    Organize and lead working groups, steering groups, and planning sessions with U.S. and international partners. Interface with other U.S. Government organizations, higher headquarters, subordinate units, and international partners to ensure successful completion of assigned missions. Force Structure and Requirements Development:
    Analyze and provide recommendations for SEW system and force structure requirements, including international partnership equities. Develop and coordinate Program Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs and execution year financial spend-plans for forward garrisons. Travel and Liaison:
    Support international travel (5-8 times per year) and domestic travel (4-6 times per quarter) to liaise with deployed teams, program offices, and operational units. Prepare leadership for meetings and decision-making forums with U.S. and international General Officer/Senior Executive Service personnel. Qualifications:

    Education: May possess a bachelors degree in international relations, Program Management, Space Operations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.

    Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in force design, international partnerships, or related fields within a government or military environment.Familiarity with SEW systems and international agreements is preferred.Skills:
    Strong analytical and organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and task management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Certifications:
    Relevant certifications in program management or international relations are a plus.Preferred Attributes:
    Experience with international agreements and strategic basing initiatives. Knowledge of SEW systems and their integration into operational environments. Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Note: This position requires strict adherence to security protocols and involves frequent travel to support operational requirements.
