    Position Profile:

    The ministry role of the Ministry Partner Project Manager is to help organize and manage fundraising initiatives and communication from conception to successful completion. This ministry partner will be a central point of contact for donor development communication, project management, and resource fulfillment. They will ensure campaigns are executed on time, and to the highest standard possible. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and meticulously tracking progress and results. This unique role combines the strategic oversight of a project manager with the creative ability of a content developer, possessing the crucial skill of fostering consensus and alignment across the organization for development projects.

    Position Status: Full-time with Benefits

    Location: On-site in Duluth, GA, Colorado Springs, CO

    Key Responsibilities & Duties:
    This team member will be tasked with the critical responsibility of gaining alignment between departmental leaders and the broader organizational leadership. This requires a keen understanding of different departmental perspectives and the ability to facilitate productive discussions that lead to a unified strategic vision and actionable steps for fulfillment. Duties to include:

    Participating in developing project plans for donor development initiatives, outlining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.Serving as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.Writing, editing, and proofreading high-quality, on-brand copy for a wide range of fundraising and communication materials.Collaborating with the marketing and communications team to ensure a cohesive and integrated donor experience.Facilitating meetings and workshops with departmental leaders to develop and gain consensus on fundraising strategies and implementation plans.Proactively identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to project success and team alignment.Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.Staying informed of best practices and emerging trends in donor development, nonprofit marketing, and project management.

    A key component of this role is the ability to translate our mission and impact into compelling narratives that resonate with our diverse donor base. The Ministry Partner Project Manager will be responsible for crafting creative and persuasive copy for a variety of platforms, including:

    Email Campaigns: Engaging and personalized emails that drive donations and cultivate donor relationships.Radio Appeals: Powerful and concise scripts that capture attention and inspire listeners to give.Campaign Briefs: Clear and comprehensive documents that outline campaign goals, messaging, and target audiences for internal alignment.Website Content: Fresh and compelling content that showcases our work and encourages online giving.


    Qualifications:

    3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a nonprofit development or fundraising environment.A bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.Writing samples that demonstrate compelling copywriting for fundraising appeals, emails, or campaign materials.Experience leading collaborative projects and facilitating meetings to gain alignment among different teams or departments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and experience with CRM or donor databases is highly preferred.Exemplary ability to manage relationships, people, and expectations.Alignment with the statement of faith of Living on the Edge.
