    Our client is seeking a Signal Solutions Engineer to identify the hidden value in our client's data to bring a new dimension of knowledge to our customers. The Signals Solution Engineer will work side by side with solutions team members and customers to understand and maximize the value of RF geolocation to specific missions to drive business growth. Execution includes technical analysis of the data to identify value to specific key potential customers, working closely with their engineering team to develop and mature compelling products and solutions, and performing quality control on data to ensure mission success for our customers. Location: This position is based in Herndon, Virginia. Responsibilities: Conduct technical analysis of our client's data to identify key signals in our data. Identify new signals important to meeting our client's mission needs. Perform TechELINT analysis to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications of electronic emissions Incorporate, when available, other data sources to support complete characterization of communications and radar equipment from their associated signal parameters and metadata. Identify opportunities where extracting additional RF emission metadata would unlock value for their client's customers. Develop accurate signal chronologies and determine relationships between related signals. Identify methods to improve collections and associate tuning updates to improve their automated processing. Collaborate with engineering team to refine algorithms and develop new signals. Analyze the quality of automated processing, flag issues or anomalies, and provide actionable insight to engineering to improve the processors. Reinforce by example the company's commitment to its values. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or Computer Science or related field; or equivalent experience 4+ years of technical ELINT experience. Experience with signals analysis tools such as Sceptre, MARTES, ASPEN, IEP, ESP with ability to properly characterize parametric values for frequency, pulse duration, pulse repetition interval, modulation techniques, scan type and rate Demonstrated experience in using mature architecture for collection, screening, reporting, and processing signal data. Ability to analyze and display both raw data and processed geolocations. A high degree of individual initiative, driven by a relentless desire to unlock the value of our client's data for end users. Passion for achieving customer success through learning and exploring new ways to solve problems. Understanding of mature RF systems and workflows for integrating our data and analytics. The Solutions team is responsible for developing high-impact solutions to grow anchor customer accounts and win new business opportunities pursued by our Sales team. This position requires deep technical expertise in communications signals, including but not limited to Digital Push-To-Talk (DPTT) and SATCOM signals. This role involves actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, working with engineering and operations to develop solutions, and developing and building the material needed to win new business opportunities, i.e., presentations, proposals. The position focuses on communications signals-based RF solutions for both international and US-based defense and intelligence communities. Location & Travel: This position is based in Herndon, Virginia and requires 30-40% international travel. Responsibilities:

    Required:
    8+ years' experience developing technical solutions in the RF/SIGINT market.
    Bachelor's in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    Understanding of radio frequency (RF) technologies, digital signal processing, signal analysis and applications.
    Technical experience working with communication signals (e.g. DMR, TETRA, P25, FM/AM Analog, SATCOM) and other signals (e.g. UAV uplink).
    Track record delivering and winning innovative solutions with Defense & Intelligence clients.
    Ability to develop compelling presentations to support customer requirements.
    Ability to quickly learn and apply new technical capabilities to customer problems.
    Strong technical background for designing, developing, and integrating applications.
    Excellent written and oral communications skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence others without formal authority.
    Self-motivated; self-starter; accountable for delivering results.
    Desired:
    Master's in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
    Experience using GIS platforms and with synthesizing/presenting geospatial data.

    Work Schedule:
    Onsite 5 days/week at the project's location. The average project length is 6-9 months and the project locations vary across the United States.

    General Job Duties:
    Participate in design review process.
    Oversee construction lifecycle, from mobilization to close-out.
    Prepare, manage, and update project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
    Review submittal and RFI’s, including subcontractor submissions, for accuracy prior to submission to owner or designer of record.
    Act as lead for pre-construction and pre-planning activities to ensure project is completed in accordance with the contract documents and within budgetary constraints.
