Coordinates work efforts during preconstruction, estimating, contract buyout, construction and closeout phases of the project. A minimum of seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience that includes market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.
Senior Project Manager provides leadership and guidance to the construction team and assumes overall responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects within allotted time and budget. Additional duties include cost forecasting, owner change order preparation and negotiation and owner/subcontractor management. A minimum of ten (10) years of general commercial construction experience that includes large scale projects ranging from $40 million to $100 million in market sectors of K-12, Higher Ed, Healthcare and general commercial construction.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of seven (7) years of general commercial construction experience required
SKILLS
Proficient in CMiC and ProcoreProficient in BluebeamProficient in Microsoft products (Navisworks, Office Suite – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to read project schedules in Primavera P6SALARY RANGE: $110,000 - $175,000 annually; actual salary based on experience and qualifications.
