    Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSupport a portfolio of highly complex Implementation Cost Estimate Proposal (ICEPs) and proposals from development to awardFacilitate internal ICEP and proposal meetings supporting the applicable technical teams in ICEP and proposal development with the end state of delivering quality, on time documentsAssist the Contracting Team with the creation and preparation of ICEPs and proposal documentsAssist in the preparation of ICEPs and proposal documents by collaborating with the Project Management Office, Customer Relationship Managers, numerous technical teams, Contracting Team and Government Stakeholders (includes proposing schedule, labor, subcontractor labor, travel, shipping, etc.)Monitor the STRIDE 1.0 system for real-time proposal notificationsManage multiple ICEP and proposal developments to ensure on time deliveryExhibit ownership of ICEP and proposal deliverables by collaborating with multiple IRES teams and Government Stakeholders to deliver quality documents driven by Government Stakeholders’ requirementsOther duties as assigned

    Requirements

    Education/Training:

    Associate's Degree in mathematics, computing, finance or related field preferredPMP certification preferred

    Experience:

    4+ years of directly related experienceExperience collaborating with technical teams, Sr Management and ClientsProficiency in MS Office with a focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project

    Preferred Experience:

    IT-related proposal development experienceExperience with Earned Value Management contractsExperience facilitating high dollar-value proposal developments ranging in complexity

    Security:

    Must be a US citizenCandidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance

    Physical Requirements:

    Able to occasionally reach with hands and armsProlonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a deskAdhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time

    2+ years of direct experience as a foreman on construction or facilities projectsAdvanced knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and materialsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plansStrong understanding of OSHA guidelines, building codes, and safety standardsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Must have a valid driver's license (for periodic operation of company or government vehicles)Experience in a supervisory or leadership role on facilities projectsExperience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System such as MAXIMO
