    Overview: William Charles Construction is expanding it's operations team and now hiring a Quality Control Manager to support our heavy civil transportation projects. The Manager of Quality Control is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) for heavy civil transportation projects delivered for state and federal agencies, including the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT), and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) . This role ensures all work complies with contract requirements, DOT specifications, regulatory standards, and company policies while promoting a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
