    A Thoughtfully Built Schedule

We understand that one of the biggest considerations when choosing a pediatric therapy position is confidence in your schedule and caseload.

Rather than assigning a one-size-fits-all schedule, we intentionally build each clinician's caseload based on:

Clinical experiencePreferred populations and age groupsGeographic locationSchool and clinic availabilitySupervision responsibilitiesOrganizational needs

Before assignments begin, you'll have clear conversations about your anticipated schedule, locations, supervision responsibilities, and expectations so there are no surprises.

Predictable Support in a Variable Setting

Pediatric therapy naturally includes school calendars, student absences, family cancellations, and changing service needs. While no pediatric practice can eliminate every schedule adjustment, Growing Healthy Seasons works proactively to create as much consistency as possible.

    Our leadership team actively:

Monitors clinician caseloads throughout the yearCoordinates scheduling across schools and clinicsCommunicates anticipated changes as early as possiblePartners with clinicians to maintain meaningful workloadsProvides administrative and Service Tracking support so therapists can focus on patient care

Our commitment is simple: you'll never be expected to navigate those changes alone.

Our values aren't framed on a wall -they're reflected in how we support one another every day. That means:

You'll have leaders who are accessible, responsive, and invested in your success. You'll spend more time providing therapy and less time managing administrative obstacles. You'll collaborate with clinicians who openly share knowledge, resources, and encouragement. You'll receive honest communication, clear expectations, and transparency from leadership. You'll be encouraged to ask questions, contribute ideas, and help shape the future of our programs.

Our goal is to create an environment where exceptional clinicians can build long-term careers while making a lasting impact on children and families.
