This person will be responsible for:
Program Management
Complete assigned projects by utilizing appropriate resources effectively and balancing the client requirements with the agreed upon strategies of the company. Define client project requirements and determine and facilitate the usage of resources, internal and external, required for the project. Manage projects successfully to completion by implementing project schedule as a project and client management visibility tool, and establishing the schedule to meet or exceed client requirementsProvide ongoing updates to internal team and clients regarding project status and progress. Work to balance competing client production priorities and negotiate compromises among projects. Ensure all projects performed safely and in accordance with company safety policies and procedures. Your Role: As a Commercial HVAC Technician
You’ll be the cornerstone of property maintenance, ensuring our clients’ facilities operate flawlessly. Working from a fully equipped service vehicle, you’ll tackle HVAC Service, general repairs, small projects, and preventive maintenance programs, saving clients from costly disruptions. Primary Qualifications
At least 2-6 years of HVAC experience with demonstrated experience in Commercial HVAC Refrigeration systems, installing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical systems (three-phase wiring, generators, lighting) in commercial buildings like offices, retail spaces, and factories. (Required)Position is performed remotely; however, may require travel/driving to client locations for training, meetings and other in-person events.Responsible for performing work in accordance with established processes and practices that comply with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health safety, security, and fire protection.Flexibility to work overtime as needed with some travel required.Physical Requirements: climb and descend ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs., lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver in confined spaces i.e., crawlspaces, attics, etc.EPA Certification required.Must be willing to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Must meet enhanced security clearance requirements.Subject to drug, background, and driver’s license checks

As a Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician (Mobile General Skilled Technician), you’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining business properties, ensuring they stay in top condition and helping clients avoid costly repairs. Operating from a fully equipped service vehicle, you’ll handle general repairs, small service projects, and deliver inspection and maintenance programs. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various appliances, equipment, and building elements (walls, windows, doors, etc.). You’ll also support our trade-specific technicians with minor HVAC and plumbing services.

Your Role
Maintenance & Repairs: Service commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems and ice machines; perform preventative maintenanceTroubleshooting: Diagnose issues and recommend repairs to minimize downtimeCustomer Service: Deliver exceptional client interactions and facility assessmentsDocumentation: Record work via company iPad/iPhone; adhere to safety standards
Qualifications
Required: 3-6 years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, valid driver’s license, pass drug/background checksPreferred: Familiarity with industry softwarePhysical: Lift 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, wear PPETravel: Flexibility for overtime and regional travel
