Your Role: Delivering Excellence
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll provide top-tier service to commercial clients in Philadelphia, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPE, you’ll work with a supportive team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors. Key responsibilities include:

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician
As an Intermediate level Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and longevity of commercial HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting regular inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of HVAC equipment, such as air handlers, boilers, chillers, and cooling towers, to prevent costly repairs and downtime.Identifying and diagnosing potential issues or malfunctions in HVAC systems.Performing minor repairs and assisting with complex repairs under the guidance of service technicians.Maintaining accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.Managing and maintaining inventory of necessary materials and equipment.Communicating clearly and consistently with customers, dispatchers, and team members.Providing exceptional customer service, including advising clients on maintenance and care.Maintaining the company service vehicle, tools, and inventory stock while adhering to company driving policies.Adhering to all safety regulations, procedures, and company standards.Completing work orders and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.Tools & SupportFully stocked company service vanCompany-issued iPad and iPhonePersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) providedQualifications

2–5 years of demonstrated experience in commercial HVAC systemsEPA CertificationPhysical Requirements:

Your Role: Delivering Excellence
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll provide top-tier service to commercial clients in Philadelphia, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Equipped with a fully stocked service van, iPad, iPhone, and PPE, you’ll work with a supportive team of dispatchers, coordinators, and supervisors. Key responsibilities include:
Conducting scheduled maintenance, service requests, repairs, and equipment changeouts for commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and ice machinesInstalling and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and ice machines with precisionTroubleshooting and assessing commercial HVAC systems to determine required repairsPerforming preventative maintenance and recommending proactive repairs to minimize downtimeResponding promptly to emergency service requests with professionalismProviding facility condition assessments and contributing to facility-related projectsAdhering to safety policies, environmental, health, security, and fire protection standardsCompleting paperwork accurately and in a timely mannerWorking independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent customer serviceThis field-based role is primarily in Philadelphia, with occasional travel for training or meetings.
