Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to assess scope and cost. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop realistic schedules and budgets. Monitor and update schedules as projects progress, identifying potential delays and recommending solutions. Assist in bid preparation by providing accurate and competitive cost estimates. Conduct risk assessments to evaluate potential cost and schedule impacts. Maintain accurate records of project schedules, estimates, and change orders. Communicate regularly with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment on project expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling and estimating within the construction industry. Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Microsoft Project, or equivalent. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
