Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer
Position Summary:
Purpose: Manufacturing engineer to guidance and assistance with manufacturing processes and product development for aerospace fasteners.
General Skills and Attributes:
- Must be able to read engineering drawings, use various inspection gages (micrometer, caliper, indicator, and comparator) and test equipment (e.g., microscope, hardness tester, etc.)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (emphasis on Excel).
- 3D modeling skill w/ Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks
- possess good communication skills, the ability to multi-task, be organized and able to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate attention to detail
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner by gathering and analyzing information using sound engineering principles
- Develop alternative solutions based on available data and documenting results

Specific Skills and Attributes:

Position Summary:

Position Summary:
This position performs custodial and maintenance duties in and around manufacturing building. Maintenance Mechanic

Position Summary: Maintenance Mechanic will manage and troubleshoot the day-to-day maintenance needs of all equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment such as such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment using hand tools, power tools, and precision-measuring and testing instruments.
The Maintenance Mechanic Operator will observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble. Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, scissor lifts, forklifts, hand tools, welding, and power tools. Repairs or replaces defective parts, using hand tools and power tools, etc. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices, using hand tools and power tools. May set up and operate a lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. May initiate purchase order for parts and machines.
Minimum Qualifications:
· High School graduate or equivalent.
· 3+ years of maintenance experience manufacturing environment performing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, minor electrical.
· Knowledge of electric motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems, water systems and other equipment and systems found in fastener manufacturing facilities
· Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions of the building maintenance trades.

Position Summary: Candidates are required to run batches of high strength bolts at a constant heated temperature of 1000°ree;-1100°ree; to create a head on the bolt. Ability to go through the three progressive stations to complete the end product. Experience with materials such as inconel, titanium, 8740, and 4340 preferred. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills and English reading skills. Lifting up to 25 lbs and moving 40 lbs pans with dollies. Simple blue print reading and ability to use precision measuring tools (comparators and gages) a plus.

Working Conditions: All day standing, repetitive manual motion, heavy physical work. Standing most of the time. Candidate will be working on a powerful cold header machine to run batches of high strength bolts at a constant heated temperature of 1000°ree;-1100°ree;
Success Factors: Willingness to learn and teach, attention to details, ability to work in a group and to memorize simple procedures for machining and checking. Bi-lingual is preferred. Good communication skills a plus

Shipping Clerk
Department: Shipping
Department/ Area: Quality Department
Position Summary: Performs the packaging and shipping functions and all associated activities for shipments made to the Department of Defense.
Daily tasks: Under the general supervision of the Production Control Manager plans, organizes and directs the daily activities of both the packaging and shipping of orders delivered to any of the Department of Defense locations. Performs all shipping and inventory transactions in accordance with MSA procedures and practices. Maintains accurate record of all shipments and produces daily shipping reports, and forecasts of future shipments. Ensures the department is clean, well-organized, and safe always.
Minimum Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent with experience in a shipping department with strong communication skills. Experience with the WAWF and DoD shipping preferred. The ability to learn quickly and work well under pressure and to meet rigid deadlines. Experience in a fast-paced packaging and shipping department. Strong organizational skills, good memory, and attention to detail. Above average computer skills and the ability to learn Visual Manufacturing software
