This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team while gaining hands-on exposure to all phases of construction management, from ground-up builds through project closeout. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in field supervision, scheduling, and coordination, with a desire to grow into a lead superintendent role.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to plan.Monitor project schedules, track progress, and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards.Support safety enforcement efforts and participate in regular jobsite inspections and safety meetings.Communicate regularly with the project management team to report updates and address field challenges.Assist in managing site logistics, deliveries, and equipment use.Participate in punch list creation, inspections, and project closeout activities.Qualifications:Experience in construction, preferably supporting multifamily or large commercial projects.Familiarity with ground-up construction, building systems, and sequencing.Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, or BIM 360.OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 preferred.
