    We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a proven track record managing hotel and hospitality construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive construction excellence while fostering collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations for hotel and hospitality projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project personnel to maintain schedules and achieve project milestones. Ensure all construction work meets quality standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve issues, clarify design intent, and maintain project alignment. Monitor project progress, prepare and maintain detailed reports, and proactively identify and address challenges before they impact the schedule or budget. Oversee the allocation and use of resources, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and control costs. Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and quality checks to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance. Mentor and provide guidance to field staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and professional growth. Assist in reviewing construction drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and feasibility. Promote a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. Qualifications: Proven experience managing hotel or hospitality construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, hospitality-specific requirements, and applicable safety regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read, interpret, and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and design intent. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple on-site priorities in a fast-paced environment. OSHA certification preferred. Proficiency with construction management software and tools is a plus. Read Less
