    Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually, based upon an individual's level of experience, skillset, and education.     The Description:

    Perform systems engineering duties in architecting, designing, integrating and testing aircraft and weapons systems. Conduct basic and applied research to evaluate adaptability of computer software and hardware to aircraft and ground station design and manufacture. Recommend improvements in testing equipment and techniques. Performs the role of System Architect. Coordinates technical input from NAVAIR subject matter experts to form technical recommendations to program engineering and program management. Responsible for overseeing the efforts of less senior staff assigned to a specific job/project. Ensure project procedures and controls are followed, manage manning and staffing project efforts and lead problem resolution efforts.     Education & Experience:
