This role will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, team coordination, and service level execution within the facility. The position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager. Key Responsibilities: Support and oversee daily warehouse operations across assigned areas Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accuracy targets are met Ensure processes are executed in line with company standards and procedures Monitor workflow and proactively address operational challenges Drive performance and maintain service levels across the operation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues Train, coach, and support the development of team members Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred Experience working with WMS systems Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Good communication skills On-site role only (no remote or hybrid options) Preferred: Experience in a 3PL environment Experience in fast-paced, high-volume operations What We're Looking For: Hands-on mindset Ownership and accountability Strong operational awareness Ability to adapt and execute Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's level of experience.
