PRACTICE DETAILS Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join a successful, well established practice. Join a group of 15 primary care, 5 pediatric, and 3 OB/GYN providers Same Day Surgery Center with visiting orthopedic surgeons Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with minimal call and half a day of administrative time On-site services including: Infusion Center, Lab/Radiology, MRI, CT Scanner, Speech/Physical/Respiratory/Occupational Therapies Local specialties include: Dermatology, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Podiatry, and more Visiting specialties include: Cardiology, Nephrology, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Oncology, and Pediatric Cardiology Competitive Compensation Plan: Compensation floor of $350,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs. In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details) Additional physician benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.
