Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets as outlined by the Company.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to both prospective and existing customers, showcasing MAPEI's value and solutions.Build and nurture relationships with key purchasing decision-makers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.Identify and recommend tailored solutions from MAPEI's portfolio to address customer business needs effectively.Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers using various sources, including industry directories, trade shows, online platforms, and market research.Gather and provide market intelligence on customer preferences, competitive activity, and emerging trends, offering insights for product innovation and market strategy.Represent the Company at industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to promote MAPEI's brand and solutions.Maintain a safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards.Perform other duties as required.What's in it for you

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities:
Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.Ensure accurate inventory counts and track orders to maintain proper documentation.Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, and product code.Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, cherry-pickers, clamp, and reach forklifts.Coordinate and document shipments, including preparing Bills of Lading and tracking records.Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.Perform additional duties as required.Position Specific Details:
Base hourly payrate between $21.00 - $23.00, p/hr, based on experience.Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.What's in it for you:
