We are an integrated product, engineering, strategy and risk team, all based in San Francisco. As an AI Researcher, AI.x you will design, investigate, and develop novel AI models across various ecosystems. You will be developing AI agents and creating quantitative measure of the effectiveness of AI solutions. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and business leaders to align research efforts with Schwab’s enterprise strategy. You will help build strong scientific practices and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will lead by example in tackling complex technical challenges, advancing research standards, and driving rapid experimentation from concept to application. Above all, you will bring curiosity, creativity, and technical depth to help shape the next generation of AI at Schwab.
