    Qualifications & Experience:At least 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.Experience in the consumer goods manufacturing industry is highly preferred, ideally with knowledge of selling into and working with grocery and retail.Strong understanding of financial modeling, cost accounting, and financial reporting.Proven experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and sales teams.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA or MBA preferred.
