This role partners closely with hiring leaders and department managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies, source qualified clinical candidates, and manage the hiring process from intake through onboarding. The ideal candidate has healthcare recruiting experience, understands clinical terminology, and is comfortable conducting intake meetings with hiring leaders to develop effective recruitment strategies. This position requires a consultative recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions while providing a high level of service to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
