    SNS One is seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidates to join a high-performance team and provide support to the USFLTCYBERCOM J39 as a Special Access Program (SAP)/Special Technical Operations (STO) Planner. As a SAP/STO Planner, you will support the development of plans through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process. Responsibilities: Provide expertise in Cyber, Special Technical Operations (STO) and Special Technical Operations (SAP) planning to meet mission objectives. Planning activities include those activities required to support the execution of deliberate, crisis and special operations plans.
    Provide guidance, planning, and integrate into FLTCYBERCOM Crisis Action Teams (CAT), Operational Planning Teams (OPT) Cross Functional Teams (CFT) and other Boards, Bureaus, Cell, Centers, and Working Group (B2C2WG).
    Participate in joint planning to support Navy specific Cyber SAP/STO initiatives.
    Support the development of plans through the application of operational art and operational design in conjunction with the joint planning process. Provide mission analysis, develop courses of action (COA) and COA analysis, assist with COA wargaming, and the drafting, coordination, and approval of contingency plans.
    Support the analysis, development, and integration of adversary-specific details in support plans and Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
    Develop SAP/STO OPSEC plans for new programs or update existing OPSEC plans to protect established capabilities.
    Travel - Position will require CONUS and OCONUS travel
    Requirements: US Citizen
    TS SCI with Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
    Minimum 14 years of experience as a Joint Operations Planner and a complete working knowledge of the JPP, JOPES and APEX planning formats and guidance
    Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP/STO planner
    Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
    Experience in coordinating cyberspace operations planning activities through the IJSTO to include Evaluation Request and Response Messages, SAP procedures and the RAPCO 4 years of planning experience may be substituted with completion of an advanced service planner school (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS, etc.).     The anticipated compensation range for this position is $135,000-$160,000 annually (or an equivalent hourly rate). The final salary or hourly rate may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to: Contract Wage Determination, relevant experience, skills and competencies specific to the role, geographic location, education, certifications, and Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
