This role offers the opportunity to support a wide range of positions, primarily from entry-level to mid-level, while managing key front- and back-end stages of the recruitment process. Compensation Range: $58,400 - $70,100The compensation range provided is a general guideline. Job Description: Saab, Inc. Land Systems business is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Contracts Administrator with experience in both US Government and direct commercial sales. This position will report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager, for the Land Systems division. This individual will ensure current and future contracts are compliant with contract requirements, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or equivalent, supplements, guidelines, requirements, and procedures, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for international pursuits and contracts. The Contracts Manager will lead contracts negotiations, evaluate new business opportunities, and provide recommendations to business management, which minimize risk and maximize financial results of the business.
