Job Duties
Development/Fundraising
Work in a team approach, including staff and volunteers, to meet annual special event goals. Plan, organize, and successfully execute events, meeting participant, sponsorship, and revenue goals.Develop an annual calendar of events with specific dates and timelines for required tasks.Foundation Marketing
Oversee marketing and communication plans for Foundation special events with the exception of Hamilton County.Create, manage and review all Foundation marketing materials to ensure brand cohesiveness. Materials to include print (sponsorship packets, signage, program, etc.) and digital (Foundation website updates, Constant Contact, auction site). Write and distribute press releases, serve as the media contact for Foundation event requests, and manage Foundation event video projects with the video production company. Work with Director of Community Relations when media opportunities around Foundation events overlay with Center programs or client interviews. Provide support as needed for Director of CR in developing content and creation of the Foundation Annual Report. Provide a timeline and schedule social content for Foundation events. Creating and posting social media content as a site administrator. Create fundraising materials for major gift solicitation unique to identified markets.Budgeting and planning
Conduct an evaluation of each event annually to assess success and profitability. Develop and finalize budgets for assigned events for review by VPD and approval by Foundation BOD. Finalize actual revenues and expenses with Foundation Executive Assistant and Foundation Accountant.Management
Work with the Volunteer Coordinator and VPD to identify volunteer needs for special events.Recruitment and management of event intern(s) Ability to address external groups to recruit and educate volunteers and committee members. Develop, manage and evaluate professional development of special event staff and interns.Professional Development
Engage in job-related professional associations. Maintain active involvement in local AFP, PRSA, and AMA chapters. Attend Mental Health Marketing Conference and International AFP Conference as approved by VPD.Seek professional development opportunities to expand development and marketing skills.Compensation:
Starting salary for this position is $65,725/yr based on relevant experience and education.Experience:

The Hamblen Crisis Services Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY
Crisis Services Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks including reports, scheduling, and training. Services Coordinator will provide supervision to designated employees. Clinical responsibilities include on-call and clinical direction while on site. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Services Coordinator will meet with clients and treatment team as clinically indicated. Facilitate referral-related activities to link clients with needed services. Follow-up on clinical directives to ensure client treatment is being rendered. Complete assessments at main site and in the community setting as needed. This position requires certification in and adequate implementation of verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running, and walking. This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business. Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment. Regular attendance is an essential job function. Due to CSU and WIC being 24 hours/7 days per week programming, the following expectation is applied to all staff working in these programs. All staff will be present and on time for shift in order to relieve previous shift.All staff will stay on shift until relief coverage arrive. All staff have been briefed on the nature of the programming and understand that shifts must be covered in order to keep our staff and clients safe.All staff recognize that if bad weather is predicted be prepared to make it in prior to poor travel conditions and to stay until relieve staff can make it in.EVALUATION STANDARDS

Must have course work and or experience in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, etiology and treatment of mental illness, alcohol and drug abuse, physical and sexual abuse, suicide, and crisis intervention. Must have experience in working with special populations including individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illnesses and Co-Occurring Disorders. Computer experience is helpful. Ensures that documentation is completed accurately within required time frames: including, but not limited to Releases of Information, consents, referrals, and notes within TN-Wits, Centricity or other record as assigned.Responsible for completing Government Performance and Results (GPRAs) at three required time frames with program participants with a completion rate of 80% or greater.Arranges with supervisor a coverage plan to ensure services continue when team member is on leave or unavoidably unavailable to a specific client or clients.Completes logs, screening, follow up and any other required or requested tools accurately and on time, including closing and discharge documentation.Assists Team Leader with data ensuring program evaluation, quality assurance, and improvement indicators, and client satisfaction are regularly and accurately reflected.Keeps all private and/or confidential information in secure location or in approved locked HRMC bags and follows HIPAA and 42CFRPart2 regulations in all circumstances.Stays current on all required relias training, CPR, and First Aid certifications as well as verbal and physical de-escalation skills training.Ensures time sheets and other requirements are up-to-date and accurate.3. Functions as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Experience / Education:
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Addictions, Social Work or other related field with two years of experience working with the population. Should have broad knowledge and understanding of Motivational Interviewing, stages of change, harm reduction and best practices regarding substance use disorder treatment and recovery.Must have experience and understanding in the areas of cultural diversity, human development, and treatment of substance use disorder, understanding of trauma-informed care, suicide prevention, crisis referral and extensive knowledge of community resources.Experience working with special populations including individuals with co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders and mental health disorders. Computer expertise is required as timesheets, training modules, email, and some program documentation are computer-based. Regular attendance is an essential job function. Must have an F-endorsement and be able to legally operate personal vehicle during the performance of job duties.Physical:
