Duties:
Shift coverage and oversight for all 12 Children's CSU beds, funding reports, hiring and training of Children's CSU staff, chart/clinical documentation and direct service delivery, and a liaison with East Tennessee Children's Hospital (ETCH).JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Children's Crisis Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supervising the daily operations of the Children's CSU.Administrative tasks will include on site coverage, reports, scheduling, and training for the children's crisis stabilization unit housed at East Tennessee Children's Hospital (ETCH).Services Coordinator will work in conjunction with the larger Children's Crisis Continuum to collaborate on acute services for children and youth in the area.Services Coordinator will provide supervision to designated employees, and work alongside ETCH partnerships to ensure a successful service delivery.Clinical responsibilities include on-call and clinical direction while on site.In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Services Coordinator will meet with clients and treatment team as clinically indicated.Facilitate referral-related activities to link clients with needed services.Follow-up on clinical directives to ensure client treatment is being rendered.Complete assessments at main site and in the community setting as needed.This position requires training and certification in and the ability to adequately implement a variety of verbal and physical de-escalation methods that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running and walking.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
This position will be housed at East Tennessee Children's Hospital (ETCH) where the Children's CSU will be operating.Services coordinator will be expected to work in and create a therapeutic environment while meeting the medical and facility requirements for operating a CSU.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Participates as an active member of the crisis team
Begins and ends workday as scheduled and is accessible by cell phone when in the field.Responds appropriately to all flags, emails, and voicemails.Demonstrates a consideration and concern for fellow workers and their jobs and promotes harmonious relationships and attitudes.Attends and participates in scheduled administrative team meetings.Attends daily treatment team meetings.Meet with designated employees at least monthly for clinical supervision.Completes daily shift reports re: CSU milieu.2. Completes all necessary documentation for each client before end of shift.Ensures clear documentation re: time of referrals and declines is completed by identified staff.Review/Sign all treatment plans completed.Review charts for audit compliance. Participate in audits when requested.Complete monthly and weekly State reports and quarterly reports (QAQI).Completes monthly PM notes related to billing.3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations for Children's CSU

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the management and oversight of all SACET divisions including therapy, education, advocacy and SART.Also responsible for program oversight of PASAAC/Therapy Center program.Engages and assists with the development of SART teams (collaboration between various community agencies, law enforcement, etc. in a victim centered team approach) in identified counties, and works to ensure that the mission of the program is maintained and evolved.Services coordinator will assist with direct client services, such as, answering crisis hotline calls and participating in the after-hours on-call rotation, if needed.Completes all necessary documentation in accordance with funding guidelines and policy and procedures.Provides outreach to victims through education presentations and involvement in various coalition and community meetings.Provides direct supervision to therapy coordinator, advocacy coordinator, education team leader, and SART coordinator to ensure that overall clinical expectations are met.Supervision - Provides weekly supervision to program coordinators both individually and in team setting.

EmPATH will provide non-hospital facility-based services that render short-term treatment to facilitate access to services and stabilization to prevent ED and acute psychiatric hospitalization admissions.EmPATH will provide these services to individuals who present to the program or are transferred from area EDs.Initial admission will be on a voluntary status to adults (18 years and older) who are presenting with a mental illness and/or co-occurring disorders that are experiencing a behavioral health crisis.EmPATH Program Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks including reports, scheduling, and training.Coordinator will provide supervision to designated employees.Clinical responsibilities include on-call and clinical direction while on site and after hours as needed.In addition to supervisory responsibilities, Program Coordinator will meet with clients and treatment team as clinically indicated.Facilitate referral-related activities to link clients with needed services.Follow-up on clinical directives to ensure client treatment is being rendered.Complete assessments and therapy as needed.Coordinator will ensure clinically appropriate activities are occurring on the unit.Requires certification in and ability to adequately implement verbal and physical de-escalation techniques that include a wide range of bodily movements including but not limited to grasping, holding another person, going down on knees, running, and walking.Regular attendance and willingness to work a non-traditional work schedule is an essential job function.Typical work week will include two 12 hr. shifts or 10 hr. shifts possibly available. - however, flexibility to ensure coverage is imperative.This position requires utilizing a personal dependable vehicle to conduct Center business.Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The School Based Mental Health Liaison (SBMHL) program provides direct mental health services in the Sevier County school system. Liaisons will provide individual consultation to teachers and assist them in structuring classrooms to enhance the learning environment for children whose risk of developing an emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse problem is significantly higher than average or children who have minimal but detectable signs or symptoms foreshadowing a disorder. Liaisons will provide training and education to teachers, school staff, and students to promote healthy learning environments. Liaisons will work closely with families and assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Liaisons will also provide direct services to identified students. Demonstrated knowledge and competency in mental health service provision and leadership.1. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
This position will be housed at East Tennessee Children's Hospital (ETCH) where the Children's CSU will be operating.Services coordinator will be expected to work in and create a therapeutic environment while meeting the medical and facility requirements for operating a CSU.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
