We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the design, troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement of commercial HVAC products in a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional who enjoys solving complex electrical issues, supporting production operations, working directly with customers, and contributing to product development efforts. The successful candidate will be a seasoned engineer with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support production operations by troubleshooting electrical issues and identifying root causes.Create and maintain wiring documentation, electrical schematics, and technical drawings for commercial HVAC products.Program, develop, and support electrical controllers and control systems.Specify and size electrical components, including wiring, heating elements, electric reheat systems, and related components.Provide technical support to customers regarding electrical product performance and functionality.Assist sales and internal teams with technical product questions and application support.Support testing and development activities within laboratory and flow stand environments.Ensure products and documentation comply with applicable safety standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and customer support teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical engineering experience.Experience supporting electrical troubleshooting within a manufacturing or production environment.Experience creating wiring documentation, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.Experience programming and developing controllers or control systems.Experience specifying and sizing electrical components and systems.Experience working with UL and/or ETL standards and requirements.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Preferred Qualifications
10+ years of electrical engineering experience.Experience within commercial HVAC manufacturing or related industries.Experience with LabVIEW programming.Experience supporting customers and sales teams with technical product issues.Familiarity with electrical testing equipment, wiring tools, and CAD software.Experience working in a production-driven manufacturing environment.Technical Skills
