This position is contingent upon contract award. We are actively pursuing this government contract. Location and Schedule This position is based in High Point, NC, with services delivered in person. While staff generally support units at or near their primary office location, this role requires up to 25% travel across North Carolina based on program needs. Work hours average 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Occasional evening and weekend support is required to accommodate unit events and drill weekends. Flexibility is essential, and adjusted weekday hours may be provided when off-hours coverage is required. This position will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule to staff a 24/7 behavioral health helpline. Responsibilities Provide behavioral health support to eligible clients, including assessment, crisis intervention, clinical case management, and evidence-based trauma treatments (e.g., CPT, PE, EMDR, ART) in outpatient settings embedded at NCNG armories and Family Assistance Centers. Core Responsibilities Supervise and provide guidance to Child Well-Being Specialists across all shifts Act as the primary liaison with CBP leadership, DHS headquarters, and partner organizations Manage complex and high-need child well-being cases, including escalation and resolution Oversee shift coverage, surge staffing coordination, and workload distribution Facilitate interagency communication and care collaboration with local, state, and federal entities Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance reviews Lead or support improvements in behavioral health protocols and operational practices Schedule & Shift Details This is a full-time, on-site leadership role with a hybrid onsite/on-call structure: 8 hours onsite + 4 hours on-call per day (as needed) Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis Must be able to respond onsite during on-call hours if needed Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Active, unrestricted license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Licensed Psychologist (LP) At least 5 years of post-licensure experience in: Child development Trauma-informed care Clinical evaluations Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services Strong skills in team management, communication, and decision-making Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred (minimum ILR 3/5 or equivalent) Comfortable leading in a high-stakes, fast-paced, and evolving environment Why Join Blue Rose?
