Opportunity
Skybound is looking for an experienced production leader to manage all internal and external development for one of the biggest intellectual properties in the world, The Walking Dead. The Senior Franchise Producer will work with partners and creative directors to create player experiences for The Walking Dead across all development, genres and platforms.
As Senior Franchise Producer, you will work with multiple development teams to establish a vision, plan production, and manage execution of player experiences based upon The Walking Dead. You will leverage your knowledge of The Walking Dead IP (across both comics and previous games) to oversee production in the near term and shape a franchise strategy in the long term. Your exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of the gaming industry, and ability to manage complex projects will be instrumental in delivering thrilling player experiences.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Salary Range: $140,000 - $200,000

Skybound is on the hunt for an organized and experienced Senior Producer to lead production efforts on a thrilling new game franchise. Senior Producers work across multiple sub-teams, translating the game’s high-level schedule into intermediate goals. They guide sprint planning, manage and track work efforts, and communicate status. Senior Producers function as the glue on our team, running project rituals that keep the developers nformed, focused, and collaborative.
As Senior Producer, you will organize production efforts for multiple sub-teams. You’ll work across teams to break down high level goals into smaller tasks, managed in sprints. You’ll communicate constantly, promote and celebrate wins, resolve dependencies and remove blockers. You will create production frameworks and implement tooling to track and reflect progress to stakeholders and back to the team. You will lead process to establish priorities and manage tradeoffs to achieve the highest possible quality, on schedule.

Skybound is looking for an experienced and passionate Development Director to help build a thrilling new game franchise. Development Directors manage the end-to-end production plan for our games. They lead cross team collaboration, drive consistent, stable releases, manage quality processes, and build operational excellence. This role is the project management backbone of the game, coordinating a multidisciplined team as they deliver electrifying results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing visibility, process, and follow-through on commitments.
As a Development Director, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional production, co-development, central service and publishing teams, developing a new, unannounced project. You’ll create and contribute to multiple pipelines and processes and help maintain the highest bar for quality. Informed by an expert development team and strong studio support, you are responsible for building and tracking to a comprehensive project plan for multiple platforms, through launch and beyond.
