    Position Highlights:

    As part of the Wound Care Team the Wound Care NP/PA will provide excellent medical, diagnostic, therapeutic care, education, and preventive services to all patients. The Wound Care provider will evaluate and treat chronic and complex wounds and edema caused by disease, accident, or surgical incision.  The Wound Care provider will monitor patient progress throughout the healing process and educate the patient on the care of wounds outside of the clinical setting to achieve the best possible healing outcomes. The Wound Care provider will provide services in accordance with evidence-based guidelines, applicable federal, state, regulatory and company standards. The Wound Care provider's performance will be tracked and comparatively reported using metrics related to the strategic direction and operational needs of the organization.
