    The Endocrinology, Diabetes, & Metabolism Department at Crystal Run Healthcare is a busy, well-established, state-of-the-art practice serving patients throughout Orange County, Hudson Valley, and the lower Catskills. We have the team, equipment, and support you need to practice at the peak of your license and thrive as an Endocrinologist today and tomorrow!     The Endocrinology specialists at Crystal Run Healthcare are based out of our office locations in Middletown, NY; Monroe, NY; Newburgh, NY; West Nyack, NY; Rock Hill, NY; and Warwick, NY.

    An ideal candidate would be someone based primarily out of our Middletown, NY office location Investigate, diagnose, and treat full range of endocrine system disorders, which encompasses everything from diabetes to hyperthyroidism to osteoporosis We provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art diabetes care using a team-based approach to care - meaning, our team of full-time endocrinologists, nurse practitioners, diabetes educators and nutritionists all work together to help patients successfully treat diabetes and prevent its complications On-site screening for osteoporosis - because with proper detection, education, prevention, and treatment, together we can beat this silent disease Comprehensive services for the diagnosis and treatment of all thyroid disorders, including Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism, Thyroid nodules, and Thyroid cancer We provide on-site thyroid laboratory testing, thyroid function testing, thyroid imaging with ultrasonography, and thyroid biopsies Comprehensive medical and procedural endocrine care within a team of 14 highly skilled, fellowship-trained Endocrinologists and Advanced Practice Clinicians Consult with patients about the status of their endocrine health, while providing them with the latest advancements in care Start your days in out state-of-the-art, multi-specialty outpatient offices and finish your days rounding at the local hospital Refer patients to advanced specialists as needed Examine & diagnose patients, oversight of all treatment prior to and postsurgery and identify associated risks Order tests and interpret results to determine the best treatment options Maintain appropriate medical records and results Proficiency / comfort with thyroid biopsies highly preferred but not required

    Required Qualifications: Completion of (or in process of completing) accredited relevant fellowship training program(s) BC in Endocrinology and any additional relevant Endocrine sub-specialties (if relevant) Unrestricted New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain) Current New York State DEA certificate (or ability to obtain) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
