  • East West Bank is seeking a Project Finance Senior Relationship Manager in our Sustainable Finance Banking Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project finance, with a particular focus on mid to large scale sustainable projects. This position can be based in our HQ office in Pasadena, CA or Santa Clara, CA.
    Responsibilities will include origination of senior debt financing of project finance transactions, and working with our Sustainable Finance Banking team based in California to underwrite, execute, and close the transactions.     East West Bank is currently seeking a Relationship Manager for our Private Equity business in the Western U.S. This individual will work with the Managing Director and other relationship team members in sourcing new business, structuring and underwriting loans, and managing relationships with a variety of private capital firms.

    Responsibilities

    East West Bank is currently seeking to hire a Senior Relationship Manager (RM) in Houston, TX focused on C&I lending. The RM will be primarily focused on developing and acquiring new lending relationships and can also structure and underwriting new transactions (target loan size is $10 - $50 million) in which East West Bank is the sole lender or lead bank.

    Oversee the full range of managerial duties for the loan review, compliance, collections and credit analysis functions including adherence to policies and practices of the organization and applicable regulatory and governmental agencies.
