    Job Description Toomey is accepting resumes for Records Management Specialists to join our team. The record management specialist is responsible for managing and organization's records, both physical and electronic, ensuring records are organized, accessible, and compliant with regulations. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive records management policies and procedures in line with organizational needs and regulatory requirements. Provide support in managing office documents, files, and folders, ensuring proper classification, storage, and retrieval. Receive and manage records indexes, capturing detailed information about the Agency records and files, secure them, and provide efficient records retrieval assistance. Create, maintain, and update the electronic records and information management application, ensuring data integrity and system functionality. Transfer essential records to appropriate storage facilities, distribute materials, and perform other related duties as needed. Ensure records are retained or disposed of according to established schedules and regulations, maintaining strict compliance with legal and organizational requirements. Conduct regular audits of records management processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance. Train and guide staff on proper records management practices, including filing, retention, and disposal procedures. Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent application of records management policies across the organization. Job Description The Systems Administrator will manage the day-to-day operations by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair. You will ensure the stable operation of the FPCS systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all software and communication links and/or collaborating with agency stakeholders. Assist in system design, development, and implementation. Install, configure and maintain hardware and software. Analyze, resolve issues, and determine/provide root cause analysis with details on resolution/restoration, Provide cybersecurity support and documentation for information/operational technology and/or telecommunications systems to obtain favorable assessments and for continuous monitoring of systems throughout their lifecycle. Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and provide remediation support (patching, upgrades, or other support as needed).     Job Description The Supervisory Senior Electronic Technician III (SSETIII) is entrusted with the critical responsibility of exercising direct supervision over contractor and subcontractor personnel involved in the performance of duties related to installation, maintenance, and repair of the customer's security system/subsystems. Conduct rigorous analysis of system operations and test results to ensure optimal system performance and determine maintenance requirements. Ensure strict adherence to customer guidelines and directives in the execution of required services. Compile and deliver comprehensive reports and briefings regarding security system operations, activities, and status. Implement robust measures to identify and rectify system malfunctions promptly. Maintain consistent communication with the Project Manager regarding all system malfunctions and corrective actions taken. Initiate and oversee authorized tests of the security system and its designated components and subsystems to verify proper operation or identify maintenance needs. Provide critical insights to the Project Manager regarding system abnormalities and shortcomings that may significantly impact next-generation system designs or lead to improved methodologies and operational techniques. Develop and implement a stringent preventative maintenance program for each security system under supervision. Promptly report any identified system issues to the Project Manager. Fulfill the dual role of supervisor and active member of the maintenance/installation team, ensuring hands-on leadership and technical expertise.
