He/she must possess experience working on and demonstrated leadership responsibilities on at least three (3) large projects or programs utilizing mechanical, computer, electrical and electronics engineering disciplines.• Two (2) years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of, or education in, the DoD contracting process, specifically related to the test career field. Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the mixture and depth of technical skill sets required across the contract team necessary to fulfil all contract requirements.• Must be a U.S. Citizen who possesses or is able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET level clearance in accordance with DoD regulations.
