This is a hybrid role, with most executive leadership working onsite in Chattanooga, TN, and the position will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership team. The organization provides solutions across complex industrial environments and operates multiple proprietary product brands across 14 locations globally. The business has a strong history of strategic acquisitions, most recently acquiring Micronics, and continues to scale under forward-looking private equity sponsorship. Role Summary The Vice President of Information Technology will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and evolution of the global IT organization, ensuring technology platforms effectively support operations, growth, and innovation. This leader will own enterprise systems—most critically QAD ERP—while overseeing infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will manage a global IT team, including an India Shared Services footprint, and will drive ERP optimization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and customer service functions.
