***ONSITE, CHATTANOOGA, TN*** The Director of Information Technology will provide strategic leadership and direction for our client's global IT function. This role ensures that technology systems, infrastructure, and applications including the enterprise-wide QAD ERP platform effectively support business operations, growth, and innovation. The VP of IT will oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise architecture while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Strategic Planning MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including experience in a leadership role (Director IT, VP IT, CIO, or equivalent). - must have worked a PE environment and understands the pace and fluidity of a PE environment . Mandatory expertise in QAD ERP : implementation, customization, and enterprise-wide management. Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Experience in merger and acquisition activity, private equity preferred Thought leader in information technology in a manufacturing setting to drive value Ability to work independently and take ownership with strong sense of urgency Hands on approach must understand the technology and be willing and able to roll up sleeves to execute as well as to direct others Continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well under deadlines and deliver results on time Ability to manage a global IT organization
